So we ordered our pizza over the phone (like we always do with other little Caesars store) we have never had a problem before... until these store. Called in the order said it was going to be ready in about 45mins (Ok cool) got there around 50mins and ourfood was not ready waited over 45min there to finely get our food. Gave them a second chance and these time did delivery againover an hour wait to get our food and some of the order was wrong. Read more
Employees did great. Short staffed, a ton of orders, and a bunch of people being rude to them and complaining. Being very rude... actually. The employees were never rude back, worked efficiently and my pizza was great. Johnny in the front, everyone isyelling at him about their orders, and he kept his cool was so respectful. Props to him because I would have lost it. And the 2in the back were amazing as well. I declare any bad reviews left from tonight September 4, are false, these people are justimpatient and giving the employees a hard time for no reason. Read more

Bought 2 extra most pepperoni pizzas and I'm not satisfied with how they came out. Hardly any pepperoni and a lot of sauce with... some parts of the pizzas being undercooked. I would advise whoever is running that location to supervise the employees. Read more
It?s kind of insane how bad customer service has gotten in South Mountain, and this place is no exception. I walked into the... lobby, and there was no one behind the register. A woman in the back looked over at me once or twice and didn?t even acknowledgemy existence. I was waiting for at least 5-10 minutes before someone emerged from the back to hand me the pizzas that wouldn?tfit in the portal. Absolute madness. Either pay employees enough that they?ll care about their jobs or find people who care. Read more
We order 3-4 pizzas every other week. Today they were cut very poorly. We give these out to people whom we care about and I... shouldn't have to apologize for one piece being the size of 1/4 of thesll pizza, then a bunch of tiny ones. Not to mention thatthey were not cut all the way down so we had to tear them apart which leaves finger impressions.. I pray that in the future morecare is given to the quality of the product. Thanks. This location needs to start over and hire individuals that receive proper customer service training and competitive pay, to... offer a great experience. Management is nonexistent at this location. The level of incompetence and lack of care is unacceptablefor a business this size. Order with patience and no standards to avoid disappointment. Read more
