While there's no full posted menu, the staff was plenty happy to answer my question. Great street tacos and I'll stop back... whenever I'm in the neighborhood! Read more

The taste of the food is very good. Food flavor is 4 out 5 Service is 5 out5 Visuals of the place are deceptive. So it's a 3out... 5. Ambient is good depending on the time you come in. At night is a karoeke and ball. So it's a 4 out 5. Overall is 4 out 5. Good choice for families. Read more

We were looking for a new place to try for Taco Tuesday and ran across this nice little place up on North 7th Street. Looks like... they are set up for entertainment and there were very few people there but the tacos did not disappoint. The al pastor was thebest of the three I tried and the shrimp was also good. Margaritas, not so much but the server was just learning, was veryhumble and very kind. Overall, I will come back to try a few more menu items Read more

Love their authentic Oaxaca dishes. The TLAYUDA is amazing and we love it's authentic taste. They serve a variety of delicious... dishes. They offer chips and salsa complimentary when you dine in. Favorite place to eat when it comes to food from Oaxaca. Read more

Absolutely fabulous fresh and authentic Mexican food! I lived in Mexico City for many years and grew to love flautas?they were a... huge comfort food for me, and I hadn?t found something comparable in the U.S. even though so many places serve them. And then myhusband and I stopped into La Oaxaquena! Amazing, fresh, crunchy and delicious flautas, just like DF. The green salsa has theperfect amount of heat and you can never go wrong with the OG Mexican Coke with cane sugar. My husband had the chorizotacos?incredible?and the beans and rice were also delicious and delicately made. Wholesome, delicious, and did I mentionAFFORDABLE??? Service was excellent, and they serve beer and liquor as well. Next time I?m definitely having a Michelada to cooldown! Enjoy this amazing neighborhood spot! Read more

Had the potato and chicken tostadas, very excellent. Lettuce and cheese were fresh and balanced. Cheerfully cleaned that plate.... Will go again and order one of their soups (that's what the employees were eating). Only complaint is that they have a patio, but it wasn't set up for seating. Read more
