This was our first time ordering from Krua and it didn?t disappoint. We?ve tried numerous Thai restaurants in the area and this... is by far the best or one of the best. We tried the Sweet & Sour chicken, spicy chicken basil, pad Thai and the Thai Fried Rice.All were fantastic and large portions. We will def be ordering from them again soon! First of all this was my first time ordering from this place, I placed my order online went to pick it up got home and was ready... to enjoy a delicious massaman curry and my roommate ordered the chicken pad Thai. I ordered extra veggies the up charge was 3dollars I was like man it must be a lot of veggies. I open up the container and there is like 3 small pieces of broccoli I waslike this can?t be right. My roommate tells me his noodles are over cooked, so I decided to give them a call which was not apleasant call to say the least, which I see that if I would have read the reviews they have plenty of complaints about phoneorders. Been wanting to try this place for awhile because it always looked so cool from the outside. Tried it tonight and very pleased!... The ordering process online was easy and let me do my customizations to remove items like veggies I didn't want. Then I got textupdates about my order and saw that it was going to be ready early so I was able to head right over. You just text "here" whenyou get there and they bring your order right out and text you to tell you which table it's on. I didn't have to speak to asingle person and that's how I like it! I also really like the fact that they do not allow in person dining right now that showsthey are taking more precautions than most places. Food was good. But I did find that even if you mark something as mild, it canstill be pretty spicy if you are a baby about spiciness like I am. It was still tolerable. Delicious Thai food! Everything my husband and I tried was delicious and everything we were wanting. They aren?t joking when... they say things are spicy, I got medium and it was super spicy but I love that. My husband is always on the hunt for good pad seew that is saucy and not dry... this is the place! The portions are large, had left overs. We are happy it?s close to our house,we will be back often! The wife and I have been here several times. The place is always busy but the waitstaff is always courteous and attentive. The... food always comes out hot and fresh though I feel like their spice scale changes frequently depending on the cook. This lastvisit I got the crab fried rice and my wife got the Pad Thai with chicken lunch special. Food was fantastic as always. The riceis delicious and piled high with crab meat. We love this place. Great food, everything we have tried on the menu is outstanding. Especially enjoy the giant bowl of Soup.... Service wouldn't be considered friendly, but very efficient (which is more important to me anyway). It is always busy, so expecta little wait. Read more
Ate here once in person before Covid and it was decent. Since Covid they have been very difficult to do business with. Very... specific ordering hours, online ordering preference, no dine in, specific pickup instructions, no one answers the phone (theyclaim they are short staffed?so is everyone).
