We came in on Tuesday October 18th, 2022 for some Halloween themed donuts. As we walked in, some lady was freaking out on the... manager for not giving her a hot donut when the Hot light was on. She could have just asked for a Hot one (He gave her a Hotone). She was way out of line, berating him and calling him rude. He was an example of class and self-control and kindness. Hethanked her for coming in and welcomed her feedback to corporate. To counter her negative attitude, I want to say that themanager (forgot his name) and his employee (didn't ask her name) were super nice and helpful. They gave our kids hats and spokewith them and helped them pick out Halloween donuts and helped us with a coupon. He was great, one of the nicest people I havemet. I feel bad that he had to interact with a rude person and i am glad that our family was able to see another person modelone of the traits that we try to teach our kids; kindness in the face of anger. Couldn't agree more with the rest of the recent reviews. This place is hit or miss in operating hours and food/beverage items.... I showed up on a Saturday at 9am and they did not have ANY pumpkin donuts, nor did they know when they have them. However, theyare clearly advertising that they have them. The drive thru teller kiosk wasn't working and there were several hand writtennotes posted on it. One asked the customer to pull forward and place their order at the window, another stating that they onlyaccept card payment, and another note stating that they are not making and drinks (only bottled were available).
