Worst Customer Service I've Ever Had!! I ordered my meal and they had me wait over 25mins on the side. I seen 10 to 15 cars come... and go after I had already ordered & payed!! Then when I got my order 25 minutes later they STILL FORGOT large macaroni Iordered with my meal!! So I had to go back around and the guy look at me and said what macaroni til I showed him my RECEIPT.Then walked off mad and someone else brought it. (WORST DRIVE-THRU EVER!!) Just left this restaurant, the food was mediocre - the "Original Recipe" chicken was fried hard and crispy, and funny... enough...so was the biscuit. KFC has gone WAY downhill and I'm so sure this will be the last time I ever visit, because it seemslike every time I take a chance and buy a meal at KFC it's always a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Just, NO! Long wait in the drive through, chicken horribly overcooked and all dark meat, 3 wings in an 8 piece order. I did not get my... mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken was so overcooked the bones fell apart. They don't answer the phone. Way to expensive forwhat you get. With all the 1 and 2 reviews I can't believe the 3.3 rating. I ordered The Chicken Tender Meal 8 piece. There was going to be a 4 minute wait for the tenders which was fine. I asked if a... drink came with th meal I ordered he Manager on duty looked up at the menu to be smart and said a drink doesn't come with. Okfine, but me waiting 4 minutes for Tenders I should have just been given a drink for waiting. I told the young man who waited onme never mind I'll just take the chicken that was already done so I can just go. Then the same manager said to me 'You don'twant them'. I said No because I have to wait on Tenders you should have just given me a drink for willing to wait 4 minutes forTenders. His reply was for the chicken you'll still have to wait. Which I didn't have to because the young man got my orderfast. It's not that I want anything free, its the simple courtesy for me waiting he should have given me the drink It's calledCustomer Service. I was there on July 13th around 3pm.
