I keep telling myself I am never coming back to this place. Over the past few years, the quality of the food and the customer... service have really gone downhill. I've had the occasional bad experience at other fast-food places, which I usually just shrugoff, but this place is consistently bad. The workers and management just don't seem to care about the customers. They areunfriendly and move at a snail's pace. And don't tell me they are slow because they are understaffed and overworked. They arenot overworked because this place is never busy. More often than not I am the only car in line. One time I was told to park andwait for my fries to be made. I sat in my car for fifteen minutes watching the kitchen staff goof off in the parking lot beforethey went back inside, and even then I did not get my fries until I went through the drive-thru again and reminded them I wasstill waiting for my order. It turned out they had completely forgotten about it. Today I thought I'd stop by to get a chickenbreast. Just one chicken breast. I placed the order and heard a long, drawn-out "Um..." from the speaker. I thought she wasgoing to tell me they were out of chicken breasts, because being out of items happens a lot at this restaurant, but finally shesaid, "Okay." I drove up to the window, paid, and received my food. I drove away still wondering what that long "Um" was about.When I got home and opened the box, I found out why. She had given me a chicken thigh instead of a breast, even though I hadpaid for a breast. And she had clearly known it. Anyways, that's my story about this place. I am not mad or even that botheredabout my experiences here. Life is too short to let such things get to you. The stuff was really unprofessional and ignorant. I had a door dash delivery with this restaurant. By the time I got into the... store, a young employee came to me asking to leave the lobby and come through drive through because they were closing thelobby. There were other people in the lobby, and my order was supposed to be ready by the time I arrived, so, logically, theyshould've served me the food as soon I get there. Here came something really funny and none professional, I told the guy that Ihad worked at restaurants before and the best way to deal with the customers is whomever is in the lobby is supposed to servedin the lobby. After some negotiations, the guy said, okay, he will bring the food to the car whenever it gets ready. As soon Istarted walking out, I heard another guy telling him WHO CARES. Here came something in my mind that they won't give me the foodand will waste my time, so, I came through the drive through, AND, THEY TOLD ME THAT THE FOOD WAS PICKED UP BY SOMEONE ELSE. The place closes at 11pm, but I stopped by at 8:20 and they were out of chicken finger. I was able to order chicken legs but it... took about 25 minutes to get them. The food was good. Read more
Hands down worst food ever. Dang I didn't even know a biscuit could be so full of salt!!! Yuck Yuck Yuck!!! 56 years old, grew... up knowing original recipe, skin has always been my fave! Good freaking gosh, full of SALT, AND I LIKE SALT!!! So this FOR ME?DISGUSTING. JUST. GROSS. I don't know if it is just this location or everywhere now. Ohhhhh YUCK. DISGUSTING. 8 piece mealgoing into the dumpster. I won't feed this to my grandchildren or dogs. $30 loss today. Will be contacting corporate about yourlocation. Pieces so small and one just bone not worth it and not going there again The chicken came just like that in the box
Was a odd experience. Walked in to order food, placed the order and waited 15 minutes for it. Throughout the whole time, 5 to 6... employees including the manager were working. Manager was doing a refund for 1 customer while the others stood around doingnothing, and I was still waiting for my food. The employees didn't start making up my order until the manager was done doing therefund. Really? Why did everyone look lost? Will not go back. Read more
The absolute worst experience , ordered #13 with large fry and mtn dew and a sierra mist with an additional fry , that is not... what I got. Instead I got 2 medium frys and a water ??? How did you mess this up that bad .... ?? Also my little chickensandwiches had nothing on them, no pickles ,no mayo .... Absolutely upset I have already contacted corporate. Since my 1 star review. I have been back 3 times in the last 2months. Everything about this location on 37th st/Thomas has... gotten better. From the service to the food. Tonight I picked up my order and it was delicious. Thank You Martha Read more
