We went through the drive-thru, there were people in line already, we waited patiently. The person taking our order was rude, we... understand the food service industry can be stressful, so we didn't take offense. At the window the person taking our money wasalso rude, again, we didn't take offense. When we got home with our food, we realized our order was not only incorrect, but itwas also very poorly handled. I hope it was just a bad day. Read more

Ordered food, was told the biscuits are about 8 mins out did I want to wait? Well yeah since I paid for them. Pulled... around...waited. food brought out. 1st bag went great, 2nd bag not so great. Worker thought i had the bag and let go....Gravydown my thigh and leg- positive note, it was really really hot and literally burned the beegesus out of my leg. Had to ask fora new bag as it was full of gravy (as well as my seat) and biscuits- the blank stare was baffling- but I got it- she was alittlecaught off guard and did apologize. Got ALL the way home....and realized was missing food items I paid for. 2nd time thishappened and I wasn't driving back for a potentional 2nd round. !!! Usually I'm pretty chill but come on.... you weren't thatbusy, no recepit given. Think a manager or someone would have come out to make sure I was good??naw..moving on!! The chicken was to spicy and over cooked. I ordered crispy but not spicy and petrified. My mom couldn't even chew it so I... ended up having to cook for her anyway. Mac and cheese was dry and mushy, wish I would have saved my $26 bucks. I don't evenknow how much it was because I didn't get a receipt he didn't even ask if I wanted one. Next time Taco Bell.....
