Every time I go there they mess up my order. This time they got the food right but kept me standing at the counter waiting for... an online order. When I asked the cashier what was taking so long she said "you can see we have a lot of customers". Really? Andthis was when my order was 10 minutes late. A guy finally came from the back and asked my name. I showed him my online orderconfirmation on my phone. He went in the back for a minute and then came back and asked my name again and asked if I had theright KFC. Again I showed him my phone and he asked my name again and went in back. Then he came back and showed me a ticketwith someone else's name on it and said the order had been picked up. I AGAIN showed him my phone with the correct address, myname, and the time my order was supposed to be ready ( 30 minutes ago). If I hadn't already paid on line, I'd have walked out. The guy finally put together my order, an 8 piece bucket, that was all I wanted and I left. I got no apology, no explanation. Since that was a third strike, I won't go back. Turns out Popeye's has even better chicken at a better price! And good customerservice! I highly recommend them. Read more

I would rate it a -1 if I could. Wait over 16 minutes for my food. First it was 10 minutes. It's very disappointing standing at... the counter. Three employees just look at me. A manager walks by me. Finally someone comes. I explained to him I didn't get myorder. He asked for my receipt. I payed for the 2 piece white meat. Well the order I received wasn't that. Seriously had to goup to the counter again. The same thing pretty much happened. So by the time I got to sit and eat my meal twenty minutes hadpassed. A total of five or more customers got there food before. No apology. No customer service. Read more

I probably shouldn't have wasted my time ordering from here and spent a few more seconds looking at the reviews. I place an... order for chicken sandwiches but they're out of chicken is what I was told. The customer service Hotline wasn't very helpfuleither... I guess KFCs decision to have customer service work from home wasn't a great decision as it seemed that I may havebeen interrupting them more than having them help me. Only wasted an hour of my time and for which I got a refund Thanks KFC... Chick-fil-A appreciate your service. Read more

I made my order. Turned to look at my car through the front window for a split second and my order was ready. Truly amazed how... quick service was. Order was correct and all the food tasted Amazing. Definitely the best service and experience I've had withfast food in years. Thank you for doing your job the way it's supposed to be done! Read more

I ordered my dinner at 7:30 p.m. to be delivered to my house at 9:30 p.m. because I had a lot to do today and I didn't have time... to make dinner nor go out and get dinner so I had it ordered I go on about my day thinking everything's fine and then at 9:00 Isee a text message saying my orders going to become arriving soon but it's out for delivery then at 9:15 I get an order ormessage saying that my orders been modified or canceled and I needed to contact the location directly so I you know do and theydon't answer the phone they just hang up on you I drive there and there's nobody in there there's cars in the drive in theparking lot and the place is a mess food all over the floor in there but nobody's in nobody's there cars in the drive through orwaiting to be seen nobody's answering the window nobody's coming to the door and they say they close at 10:00 p.m. but it's 9:30and there's nobody around now I also have a $60 charge on my card that's pending for 72 hours before it disappears because theytook my money but they didn't bring me my damn dinner Read more

Ordered off Postmates and they completely forgot both my sides for my bucket meal. They get 3 stars because the chicken was good... but don?t order delivery from them unless you only want 80 percent of your order. Read more

My son ordered a 5 piece tender he was given a 3 piece chicken meal. I took it up and asked for the replacement. The young girl... that helped me had no clue what to do. The manager comes over and asked me what was wrong. He was wearing a head set for thedrive thru. I had to repeat myself 3 times because he couldn't hear me. The third time he asked me not to yell. I can't hear youhe said as he pointed to his head set. I instructed him to take it off I'm not in the drive thru. He should give me the respectof being a Customer on the inside that he gives the one in the drive thru. Read more
