Waited over 25 mins for two simple things. The manager blamed the young man at the counter which it was not his fault....... Couldn't understand her bc she also didn't speak English very well and insisted on speaking fast. I had to politely ask 3 timesfor her to slow down or use another choice of words for her excuse of why it was taking so long.... I'll never go back. Read more

Terrible service recently, I have nothing but problems every time I go to the store lately. Order extra crispy and get original... recipe when you get home. Order legs and thighs only get home and find breast and wings in the bucket. Spend $30 on just chickenand they can?t even get the order correct. Sickening the poor quality of service that has happened at the store. Unfortunatelyit?s the only KFC nearby and I do still like the chicken, I wish they had another store where there were people who knew whatthey were doing. Read more

The food and service were good- right on par with any KFC I've been to. The thing that made this place shine for me- was that... there was a homeless guy in a wheelchair and they were letting him cool off and drink some water from the soda machine. I'mvery happy that they were being kind and didn't send him away to suffer. I will definitely come back to this location, becauseit seems to be run by kind people. Arrived at this location at 815. Waited while other cars were very slowly served. Finally my turn at the window at 830. Sat at... the window and watched the guy give order after order to the walk ins only for another THIRTY MINUTES. I manage a restaurant soI know it?s hard right now to find staffing but I also have common sense and basic customer service knowledge. No checking in onus ?sorry guys your order will be right out? or anything. They?d look at us and disappear with someone else?s order severaltimes and moved at a sloths pace without a care in the world. Was rushed taking my drive thru order, then the person working the window didn't give me a receipt and shut the window before I... could ask for one. Sat there for a minute waiting for her to come back but she never did. We ordered 3 things, none of whichwere correct. Further sets in stone why KFC needs to go out of business. Their food is terrible, their employers areoverworked, and I wad told by two different employees at this one interaction that they didn't have time to help. Yuck! Read more

They won't sell you family meals if you go half hour to an hour before closing time.They only will sell 2 to 3pc per car. It's... happened to me 3 times already . I no longer try to get KFC as a dinner option It's not worth the drive to end up gettingdenied to purchase . It's crazy because they will say they are out of chicken but will continue to help 5 more cars behind me. By only selling 2 to 3 pieces per car. I have offered to buy all the chicken they had left . They have refuse every singletime and will only sell me limited . Read more
