This restaurant is full of unorganized teenagers lacking time-management skills and work ethics. The schedule on their door said... they were opening at noon, however, due to their inconsistency in time and their lack of consideration for their customers, theyrefused to communicate that they would be opening an hour late at 1pm. While customers sat in the parking lot and drive-thru,the workers entertained their friends inside of the restaurant? extremely dysfunctional. Won?t ever go to this location again..total disgrace for the brand and the franchise. Read more

I love the food but the people there just never get it right. If they don't forget the biscuits, they forget a item. Last time I... ordered a 16 pieces bucket and specified I wanted with white meat as well. I certainly was not going to open the bucket andremoved the pieces to check it out, well, they served me only dark meat! I just wish that there were another KFC to not go tothat one any more. Did an online order. Not only did they not have items we ordered. They messed up chicken count. The mash potatoes were powdery.... While I was in store... the floors in the back were disgusting. Water and food particals everywhere!! There was about 6 pplworking but yet I stood in line for like 30 min just to get my drinks for my order I made online. Then on top of all this... thefemale cashier had the worst attitude... the worst!! Good luck getting any sort of good food here. Seriously stay away from thisstore. ???? Read more

This place is absolutely ridiculous! Every single time I?ve come THEY DON?T HAVE ANY CHICKEN! I?ve come in afternoon and... evening and they always say they don?t have chicken! How are you a chicken company that doesn?t have any chicken ever? I?mextremely disappointed at this establishment and the service it has provided. I understand no company is perfect but please hireemployees who actually do their jobs. You can?t be a chicken company and never have chicken when people come. Read more

I was in line in the drive threw for 10 min to find out they weren't selling any chicken. Why would a chicken place even bother... being open if they can't sell chicken? When I asked the girl in the speaker why they didn't hang up a sign so people didn'tbother waiting in line she was very rude. Read more

I went through the drive-thru about 7pm, they were out of mac & cheese, baked chicken breast, & the Mountain Dew Sweet... Lightning. They still have me what looked like the Mountain Dew, but was in fact about 95% soda water. The mashed potatoes &biscuit were still okay. Read more

I did Not have a good experience. I went to this location as it is in my old neighborhood. The other location was not close to... where I was going. I pulled up to the side of the building and tried to enter the restaurant, but the doors were locked at2--2:30 in the afternoon. ??????????? So I decided to try the drive-thru. I sat by the speaker box for several minutes and heardnothing. So I said hello and someone answered and said to give her a moment. I then placed my order for (2) #2's.....2 piecewhite meat meals.....1. Original recipe, the other Extra Crispy, mac & cheese for the side in each, and a large side of coleslawand my choice of drinks. $24.73 total. (She didn't give me a receipt) She did say they were short staffed when I mentioned aboutthe lobby doors being locked. I told her that I understood and that it was ok. When I got home, I opened my box that wassupposed to be Extra Crispy, and what I saw looked like original recipe that was cooked the day before(it was very dark), and itwas too hard to even chew....both the wing and breast piece were so overcooked and not edible. And they were definitely Notextra cripsy. Just extra dried out. The chicken pieces in the other box was original recipe, and it was under cooked...thecoating was mushy. I called the store and the phone just rang, so I didn't get to speak to anyone. I got called in to work atmy job that day, on my day off, and I was trying to get something to eat before I went in, but since it wasn't edible, all Iate was the mac and cheese. (The other meal I ordered was for someone else) Since I couldn't reach anyone by phone, I drove backto the store. I observed that the doors were still locked and there was at least 5 or 6 cars in front of me. So, I waited. Ifinally got to the order speaker and I told the young man what happened after at least 20 minutes in line. This place is a nightmare!! If you love your family DO NOT feed them food from this location!!! They may die from food... poisoning! The teenage "Manager," George should not be employed; definitely should not be a manager. I went through thedrive-thru to pickup my mobile order because the lobby was locked at 6 PM on a Sunday. I was advised it would be another 5minutes or so. After waiting for over an hour I went back through the drive-thru. I asked about my food "George" told me, "Justcancel it and get out of my drive-thru." I didn't want to cancel it. My family wanted KFC. I waited at the drive-thru window. 30minutes later, I received half my order and the chicken looked like really bad fish. I ended up throwing it all away and COOKINGsomething else!!! Read more
