I never have luck with this location. I ordered an 8 piece meal, i asked to make sure it was mixed and not just legs and thighs... he said it is white and dark meat. My two sides were mashed potatoes and corn he asked if i wanted gravy I let him know yes Idid. So when i got home I had corn, mashed potatoes no gravy and legs and thighs and 4 wings. SMH! If you are waiting for somechicken to cook, let me know so I can make the choice to wait or accept what you have to offer. If I could I?d give it -5 stars I absolutely would. I will NEVER go to this KFC again. The customer service by the female at the... window was atrocious. It took 10 minutes for anyone to take my order and 20 minutes to actually get the food. The majority ofthe biscuits were raw in the middle. Had it not been for my daughters ?craving? I?d have left. To make matters worse I had to goback to it after getting home because some of the food I?d ordered was missing. As I was leaving the 2nd time I held the dooropen for the same female that took my order the first time because her hands were full and she didn?t even acknowledge it or thefact that she stepped on the back of my shoe because she was walking THAT close to me. I WENT BROUGHT THE SIX PIECE SPECIAL LEGS & THIGHS. I RECIEVED WING AND EXTRA SMALL ONES AT THAT WHICH I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARE... THIGHS. THE CHILD AT THE WINDOW YELLED AT THE COOK STATING THAT I SAID THESE WERE WING. He yelled back that it was THIGHS. I wastold that they would not refund my money due to the fact I touched the chicken to show her it was a wing. I am so disappointedwith the service and food there.
