Tried to order from drive thru at 10:30pm and was ignored for 5 minutes then drove off and seen at least 5 employees milling... around in lobby. I will report to corporate. KFC is a publicly traded company. Hopefully management changes are made. Read more
Paid extra for mixed option to get breasts wings, thighs and legs. Spent $40 and was only given thighs and legs. Ordered fries... and the box was half empty as was the Mac and cheese. Definitely overcharged and hard to get help to get it fixed. Read more
Meal deal tonight 12 piece special. KFC drive through purchase. Smelling good. Family waiting for dinner. Well, biscuits... doughy half done. Green beans cold as if someone just dumped a can of green beans. Mac & Cheese cold awful. Looking like coldbutter mixed-up. Chicken looked iffy plus it only had a drumstick tip. I ordered two chicken sandwiches. Then after waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes or more I finally get to the drive thru... window and pay for my food and then the girl tells me that it not ready yet. It's going to be four more minutes and tells me topull around to the front and they will bring it out to me. So I had to wait for almost 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches.
