I am not even sure what happened here. I went in with my two sons. First, we were standing at the counter looking at the menu... when a man came up behind us and began to yell over and over, "EXCUSE ME!!" The owner had been outside and wanted back behindthe counter. I should have left after being yelled at the very first thing. One son wanted ice cream only, without the shaveice. They do sell ice cream. The owner told me he wouldn't sell me just ice cream. I told him that was fine; I'd pay full pricefor shave ice with ice cream, but only wanted the ice cream. He said, "no." ???? Then he pointed to all the tables (which wereempty) and said, "Do you see all these tables?! If I sold you just ice cream, they would be filled with people eating ice cream.These are for shave ice customers!" He literally wouldn't sell me the ice cream that he sells, and just looked at me like I wasthe crazy one. None of us got anything and left. It was the weirdest thing I've ever experienced in a business. Read more
My daughter and I found it just searching for shaved ice on our way home. I?m so happy we stopped here. The owner was such a... nice man, truly made our experience that much better. We really enjoyed the items we got, looking forward to going back!! Read more

THIS PLACE IS POPULAR!! Make sure you get here early! A lot of the people in line stated they drove 30+ minutes to visit, from... all over the valley. They run out of flavors fast! We had the Hawaiian Shaved ice with ice cream in the middle( watermelonflavor) so delicious and refreshing. The portions are great and so many great options! The owners were so sweet and adorable. Truly terrifying customer service. While the treats were great, we experienced the man behind the counter yell at not only us,... but two other people while we were in the store. It seems to be a common occurrence based off other reviews. I think there arebetter, more kind businesses to support. Read more
this place is awesome ???????? i?ve been trying to find a good acai place for awhile now and this is the first one that is TRULY... worth it! i love the staff (owners), very funny and friendly people :) i got a customized pitaya acai bowl and my friend got atropical bowl ????????????????????debra told us the story of this place and it is actually hawaiian based/owned which makes iteven more worth it. will be back, many more times! here?s updated pictures w the menu too ???? The most awesome small scale treat shop in town! We are visiting from Ohio and our local Dole Whip shop closed up. We drove the... 15 miles to Kamana'Wana and it was worth every second on the road.
