While we have enjoyed coming here over the years I am very disappointed in how they are currently conducting business. Last year... we bought our son a bunch of credits for Christmas. They then closed for renovations/relocation. Now that we are upon Christmasagain I was hoping to get a refund for the present that was unable to be used from last year. They have not responded to emails.Deleted my post on there blog. No one has contacted me. I understand the struggles for them are real. However it?s also my hardearned money. Read more

Great place to go if you want some fun it is on the expensive side though. You get 12 laps in 1 race with a substantially long... track. I would recommend going on the juniors carts if you can because they go a little slower and more controllable but bothare fun. The turn right before the guy with the flag is the worst I advise caution and keep a good distance from people backstailgating is still a problem I was in a collision with 3 people on the turn by the finish( the guy with the flag) so again havecaution. We had a blast at K1 speed way. We called 1 day before our group of 18 riders wanted to come to the venue and K1 came through!... They quickly organized a group event and had us set up within in 2 hours of contacting them. Julie Thompson is with the groupsales and I highly recommend using her. She was very accommodating and professional. She returned my initial inquiry within 15minutes of contacting them through the website. She answered all my questions and made our event go smoothly. As for theracing, it was great! Our youth hockey team had a blast and the team building was just what they needed. The go karts areextremely fast and the track monitors let you race. They allow the racers to have contact within in reason and the track issuper challenging. The track monitors explained all the rules, how to work the karts and they were very clear about safety. Great fun. Haven't tried electric karting before and this K1 location was fun! Was busy right after holiday season so there was... a wait. We did a 3-race package (for 3 adults and 1 jr) and spend over 3.5hrs to get all of our races in. Only complaint waswhile they kept our group together, they seemed to place groups randomly and let a few heats go without a full roster going out.This made for a longer wait to get our races in. Still good fun and honestly, pretty decent value (some people were complainingabout prices in reviews). Read more

It?s a little way over priced for what you get and the race doesn?t last very long. But other than that it was definitely fun.... This is a perfect date idea or a place to come with family and friends. Read more

We love coming to K1 for company activities! It?s a great place to blow off steam and put your skills to the test. My team of... guys really enjoy how the K1 staff make it fun and competitive. As the team leader I appreciate the value for the mo why wespend here. It?s not a cheap coMany activities ugh but I always feel like we get more value out of it than what it costs. Thefood is always really good too. I?m surprised each time because often places like this just focus on the fun but not the foodbut I?ve yet to be disappointed with the pizza or wings or burger.
