Everytime I order from Jimmy John's, my order is messed up and something is forgotten. I don't like to call and complain, I... don't want a refund, I don't want a free sandwich on my next visit, I just want what I ordered to be correct. It's not rocketscience. It's sandwich making. And my orders are never complicated. I order the sandwich just as it's advertised on the menu andit's always missing something. How hard is it to remember the avocado spread on the only sandwich on the menu that is advertisedas having avocado spread on it. Or hot peppers on the spicy east coast Italian. Or the Dijon mustard on the jimmy Cubano. Theemployees want to be paid more but cant even make a sandwich correctly even though the ingredients are posted on a huge menu onthe wall. They are usually too busy chit chatting and ignoring customers. It's ridiculous. Read more

New location! Very clean and staff were awesome. Did I see a drive-thru , say what!?! Rush hour for lunch made easy. Or just... forget the line and order ahead for pickup or delivery. JJ sandwiches are the best no matter how you get them. Read more
Better than anticipated sub sandwiches. First time here and I had the #7 Spicy East Coast Italian. Order online was quick and... smooth. A little further travel than my regular go to sub sandwich near work. Tad disappointed with the flavor, I expected moreheat and it hardly had any. In fact my sub only had one slice of tiny hot pepper for an 8" bread. Read more

Few vehicles in line was no problem for this location. Ordered then up at the window and on my way fast, much faster than the... other driver thru spots on the same street. I have custom subs I order and nothing was wrong. I'm so glad I have a healthy fastspot to go on my lunch breaks now! Read more
As a former worker for this place, I have nothing but great things to say about the workers. The General Manager Logan, with his... assistant managers and workers will definitely make it your while.
