Worst Jimmy Johns. Order from the next closest. It's worth the drive or wait.
Won't deliver farther than 1.5 miles away. Absolutely ridiculous. I work at phoenix children's hospital (2.2 miles away) and... couldn't get away from work to go pick up food. Called to ask if they could make an exception and got flat out told no by themanager. Terrible business practice, your sandwiches are over priced anyways. ???? Read more
If I could give this place no stars, I would. The customer service was incredibly shocking with disappointment in every aspect... possible. We arrived this evening at 7:32pm to order two sandwiches and some pickles. We did not leave the building with ourorder until 8:10pm. While we waited, 7 other customers walked in. The only lady working the cashier and sandwich shop did nothave any sense of urgency. She proceeded to gather orders from the next customers in line which resulted in a long wait time.She shouted ?NOOO? when another customer walked in the door. Another male from a different restaurant (Chipotle), asked thefemale working what she wanted to eat. He proceeded to grab two sodas and 3 packaged cookies then walked out the door. I didn?tknow employees of Jimmy John?s allowed to give away free food?? I was appalled to say the least. Luckily, another JJ?s employeewalked in to help and make our sandwiches. The entire time I waited, the woman spent her time dragging her feet and did not makeone sandwich in a matter of nearly 40 minutes. Needless to say, I?m happy to see people working given the world situation butextremely frustrated with individuals who believe we owe them something. This location sucks!! I love JJ's, really love them, but this location is the worst. I ordered a sandwich, a wrap and a... drink. First of all, they are not freaky fast. It took almost an hour to get my sandwich. Second, today I asked for napkinsbecause last time they did not give me any. Not only they didn't include them (even though I capitalized the msg), also, theydid not provide a straw. Lastly the sandwich was so salty not sure why??? Anyway, how hard is to comply with these requests? It is not hard to satisfy customers. But if you don't hire the right people and train them right, this is what you get. So slow and they messed up my order. The cashier had a really hard time taking my order. Had to asked for oil and vinegar twice.... He asked if I wanted cheese and I said yes. When I got the sandwich there is no oil and vinegar, no cheese and no tomato...Thereceipt even said add cheese. The person behind me also got their sandwich before me. I love Jimmy John's. Their sandwiches are superior to some other chains. However, we ordered the Cubano this past trip. For the... same price as their other sandwiches, this one is sorely lacking. I recommend that you avoid it. The one we went to did make usa different sandwich. So all was good. But save yourself the hassle. Read more
