Yesterday was my last day ordering food from here can you believe it I ordered a sandwich they put one slice of turkey in it... it's sad they used to be very good I don't know what's the matter with these people. I gotta say. It was a little bit of a wait but when I got my food delivered it was as if the heavens granted me the angel that... baked that bread. Incredibly soft to the touch, so delicate on my fingers and when I bit into it and the lettuce crunched I knewthis sandwich was made with care. This location used to be a dumpster fire but now I can see the improvements. I can taste themas well. I asked for easy tomato, cucumber, Dijon, cheese, heavy mayo, heavy peppers bacon, ham and tuna to my beach club and itwas definitely worth the hour wait. Flat sodas that were only 3/4 of the way full, VERY light on the toppings of my Pepe sandwich even though I didn't request light... toppings, delivery took almost 2 hours and when husband called to complain the manager acted as if him calling was an annoyance.Never verified who we were but said she'll be giving us our money back... I've never had such a bad experience with Jimmy johns until I started ordering from this location. They always take at least an... hour to get my order to me and today I waited 3 1/2 hrs for an order that never came! After 2 hours of waiting for my delivery Icalled to make sure my order was still coming, they assured me it was and the delivery guy was on bike so it was taking longer.I waited another hour before just canceling it...never explained why it never came or apologized. I hate leaving bad reviews but Oh My Gosh this is by far the worst Jimmy Johns I?ve ever been to. The lady who rung me up was so... incredibly rude, then pretty much threw the sandwich at me. I order the beach, the #12. Its usually filled to the top withveggies! The worst part is when I got home there was no lettuce, one tomato and one cucumber on my sandwich! What? EVERYTIME I come to this Jimmy John's they ALWAYS get my order completely wrong. I was about to order each sandwich separately... so it wasn't so much in one order, they get really confused when you ask for things on your sandwich. I think because you haveto tell them at the register all you want on your sandwich gets the confusion. I asked for two sandwiches on bread (wheat bread,regular bread- not a sub roll). One was a turkey bacon club with no tomato on extra lettuce, another one was a veggie withextra lettuce, extra pickle and extra peppers I got none of that and it was put on a roll instead. Maybe instead of having itthe "jimmy way" they should ask customers what they would like on there sandwich and with what kind of bread. And make sure theyput it in the ticket, read the order back. Went out of town on a fishing trip and expected to dig in a delish sandwich and I gotthis instead. My son just ended up throwing his a way all together. Waste of money. Read more
