Best sub place hands down! "If you want a faster sandwich make it you're self" ?
I ordered a Gargantuan and a #15, it's a large tuna. Getting home I ate mine but only half until my wife started eating hers...... "mind you, this is dinner." Her sandwich is supposed to have mayo, tomates, extra onion, tuna, provolone cheese. Instead she gotextra onions, turkey, bacon, on a VERY dry bread, as in NO mayo. Since I did not finish mine I gave it to her. But she was stillhungry so I got her a dozen wings (BBQ). I called the manager and started to describe what happened. He was helpful and eventhough they forgot to put the receipt in the bag, he remembered me because we had a conversation when I was waiting for my foodearlier. I came the next day to their restaurant and spoke to their manager and explained everything. I told her I end upbuying more food for my wife. In the end the manager fix me 2 Gargantuans on a very soft bread which my wife and I had for lunchthat next day. And even though this was a mistake "which happens all of the time in every restaurant out there", just ask foryour RECEIPTS. Read more
10/24/22 I ordered at 11:47am. Called at 12:48pm. My order took an hour before I had to call the store and ask for a refund.... Which I still haven't received. I was on my lunch break and had to leave without receiving my sandwiches. Came home at about 6pmto my sandwiches baking in the sun and had to throw out. The lady over the phone was not nice, and honestly pretty grossed outthat the sandwiches had been waiting on the counter for the driver to deliver them for the hour I had been waiting. I LOVE jimmyjohns but I HATE this location. Its 2 minutes from my house as well and I would rather drive out of the way to go to a differentlocation. Every time I have tried to order this place for convenience my order has take 30+ minutes to receive. Read more
Clean store. Fast service. Sandwich was yum. My first experience with this chain was good. Hope my local store is as good.

I live right across the street, they don?t deliver and they don?t even accept orders on their mobile app which is great and... super convenient!! Can we just shut this place down and replace it with Quiznos?? Now that?s a hell of a sandwich baby! Read more

I waited an hour just to call and be told the order has been canceled due to some error with the computer. Nobody called me back... or anything. I was told by the manager Frankie Sandoval rhat he doesn't know what to do and its not all his issues to let peopleknow. I spent 10 mins waiting on him to find corporate number.
