Placed an online order for delivery but after an hour, had not received it. So much for being "freaky fast!" On the positive... side, when I called to cancel, the gentleman who answered was able to void and refund my order without any hassle. Read more
Normally they get me in and out and everything is great. But this last time was disappointing. I submitted an online order for... later on, and even as they didn't appear busy, I still had to wait once I showed up. Once I got home with the 3 subs, I openedthem up and realized that mayo was on all 3, even though these subs do not get mayo. I called to notify them and said I'd beback. There was no attempt to deliver them because of their mistake. When I was home with the second group of subs, they didnot have mayo, but the bread was either stale or overcooked, and the subs were very poorly constructed so that not all of theingredients were in each bite, and other bites had too much, if that makes sense. I'm hoping that this was an off day for them,and we will be back. I just will have to watch them being made or check before leaving next time. Read more
Another great Jimmy John's experience and another delicious JJ Gargantuan. This time it was in a combo with a drink and salt and... vinegar chips. I learned that a pickle is an option for the combo. That would be a great choice next time. This location seemedvery clean and was pretty big. Service was courteous and fast. Couldn't really find napkins though, but no biggie, I just asked. Read more
Came to this store 3 times . The 3rd time coming in . A worker stated they was only taking online orders because it was just... him. As I sat there placing my online order , another worker came in . I was still waiting on my order . Both male workers waswalking past the receipt to my order. One left out to chase for a deposit and the other stood around sweeping the floor . Iwasn?t greeted when I came in like the other 2 times with the other workers. They were there by themselves as well but stillhave excellent customer service. Today , I had a horrible experience. Once my sub was made , the worker took a very long timemaking my sandwich. I wish it was another jimmy by my house because I don?t recommend this location at all after today. It wasunbelievable. If you can?t handle making cold sandwiches for 1 guest by yourself with no other order ahead of me online or instore . Please find a job that fits if I could?ve gave todays 0 star I would !!!
