They ran out of bread cause they forgot to make more. They turned away at least 10 customers so they can make more bread.
Food is ok, but subs no longer warm as I was told delivery would take half an hour and it was over an hour. Even Subway delivers... faster. And after all that, the delivery person gave me a totally wrong order. Read more
It's hilarious that every time I go to coffee bean it asks me to rate Jimmy johns. Anyways, pretty good subs there, better warm... subs than subway. The staff is super friendly. Ordered on line. Got there early. NO Problem!!! Everything was perfect. Everyone loved their sandwiches. ESP mine wrapped in... lettuce!!!!! As the mother ship would say "very clean eating" Thank you great service too! Read more
Disappointing tuna sandwich-i ordered online my usual original tuna with chips and a dr p - didn't get a pickup done notice on... the tracker but waited about 10 minutes then went inside, order wasn't started yet but was handed a cup to get my drink. Mysandwich bread was refrigerated cold and the tuna had alot of celery and onion in it. No cheese, and Dr P had low syrup, tastedlike carbonated water. Sandwich tasted flat too, no flavor in the tuna. I ordered onions but got giant slices of onions whichdon't work on a sandwich. After grabbing my sandwich and leaving, I got the notice it was ready for pick up. Just adisappointing lunch. Read more
When 2 subs cost you $27, you kinda feel like they should at least get your order correct, just unreal. EDIT: The owner did... reach out an apologized and offered to give store credit. Are you kidding me Jimmy John's! This is the kind of sandwich I get for $8. Look how thin they slice their meat I've never seen... meat so thin in my life. Even Subway has a better deal than this you could have bought two sandwiches with more meat on it.First of all the guy at the counter didn't even say hello when he took our order, and then most of the tables were dirty. For mymoney I'll stick with Subway because this sandwich was not worth $8 just check out the pictures you'll see. Way too much mayotoo. Read more
I usually get the veggie sandwich. Pretty simple with fresh bread. Usually everything tastes good.
