Do like this chain. I like watching the crew working. Teamwork is the key in their restaurants. Everyone seems to be able to do... any job, at any moment. That sure keeps the sandwiches and customers moving right along! Oh yeah food.... I like that theylisten to you when you order and when you tell them what you like on your sandwich. I always get a good tasting sub! Made justright, the way I like it. I'm trying out different subs each time I go to one. So far, they have been really good. My only issueis once in a while, in some of the places, the bread isn't as fresh as it could be. But that could simply be a product of theway things are these days. Don't know. Doesn't bother me, though it does my better half. She's fussy about bread. And if youorder your sub "Mike's Way", the seasonings and oil stuff reminds me of the old days back East... Sitting on the street curbeating a sub as a kid. A REAL submarine sandwich! All in all, I enjoy eating at Jersey Mike's. I even joined their club andhave the app on the phone. First time here and last time here, well at this location. Service sucked. I understand it was close to closing time maybe not... since I had ordered my food around 7pm and they close at 9pm. First off, ladies were in a hurry. They had three workers. Itwasn't that busy with customers. Don't know why food was rushed because quality of a Philly wasn't great. And I'm guessing Icouldn't add toppings like lettuce, tomato and such? Idk because this was my first time trying them and nope never again. I'llstick to my usual subway, firehouse subs and blimpies. I have been working at this location for about two years and Michael is my second manager. I just want to say I really enjoy... coming to work! Michael keeps the store clean and organized. He trains us great so the store runs smooths and we have fun whilewe are here. He remembers like all the regulars, their names, and what?s going on with them. So cool tone involved like that. Their subs are 5 stars but at least at this location Iet off their've come by 1/2 hrs. before closing only to be told they were... out of bread or only had one choice. Also they were out of straws!? Management should get off their buttons and go to Walmartand buy some until their regular shipment comes in! Read more
This location is far too busy for the size of the restaurant and the way it is laid out. Especially when we are still, sort of,... socially distancing. The day we visited, there must have been 5 parties waiting. They had one associate manning the register,when really they should have been helping the one sandwich maker. The other associate was on the grill. The sandwich maker wasso frazzled they didn?t forgot our pepper relish, which is fine. The sandwiches are still delicious, I just think somethingshould be done to accommodate the workflow. Read more
I ordered the Philly cheese steak sub, and it was pretty good. I feel it was over-priced for the size. The staff were very... friendly and welcoming. One thing I didn't like was the placement of the meat and cheese on top of the glass case. When peopleline up to order, they are right there by the food, and there is no barrier between them and the fully-exposed meat and cheese. Not to mention, the restrooms are not far away. Read more
