Don't go in after 8pm. They close at 10pm, but you will feel like you are bothering them at 8:30. Customer service is out the... window and you better know what you want before you walk in. Even when you order and they repeat the order to you... you stilldon't get want you want. They want to get back to the work they were doing before you walked in. Read more

I will say the sandwich was good because I had it made the way that I wanted it but it seemed like the staff felt like I was... inconveniencing them with my order. Especially, the girl with long hair who puts the toppings on. If I didn't like their turkeySub so much, I would not go back due to the customer service ???????????? Read more

Well I used be a regular customer of Subway until they started skimping on the meat. Switched to Jersey Mikes about 2 years ago.... Sandwiches were good in the beginning but have gone down hill. Never know how much or how little meat will be on the sandwich.Went there yesterday with a couple of coworkers. One ordered a #9 in a wrap, I ordered a #9 on white and one on wheat. The guymaking the sandwiches ended up making mine as 1 #9 wrap and 1 #9 on wheat. I that I ordered 2 #9, 1 on white, 1 on wheat. He cutthe white bread, pulled the meat off the wrap and put it on the white bread. When it came time for the condiments, I noticedthat there was no roast beef on the sandwich. I mentioned that to him and he put 3 tiny pieces of roast beef on it. I suppose hemay have heard me better if the earbud wasn't in his ear. As we were leaving, one of my coworkers asked if I saw the earbud dropout of his ear onto somebody's bread who was behind us. He picked up the bud and continued making the guys sandwich. Not surewhat to make of this place anymore. Seems like all of the good help has left. Going to have to rethink things. Read more

These guys know nothing about customer service. I work at a restaurant, so I give the service industry lots of leeway &... understanding, but I genuinely feel like I ruined their evening by walking through the door. I definitely won?t be comingback. **They also forgot to put bacon on my sub. I ordered the supreme club, and bacon is arguably the most important meat on aclub sandwich, but mine had none. Their mind was preoccupied with having contempt for me and the customer that walked in afterme. Read more

Customer service is nonexistent. Even after i spoke to them, they did not speak back. The meat slicer looks like it hasnt been... cleaned in a very long while. Same as the grill. When I walked in ,i was the only customer so I would assume there was down timeto tidy up the line but it was far from clean. The sandwhich however was good after I talked myself into even ordering after thelack of customer service and poor cleanliness. Read more

Well I used to eat at subway for the last 15 years and switched to Jersey Mike's about a year ago. Over the last couple of... months, there have been personnel changes. The amount of meat on the number 9 is half of what it used to be. I cringe when Iwalk in and see the person who I know will be doling out the meat. Great sandwich when there is meat between the bread. Read more

I'm a regular customer of Jersey Mike's. The staff at this location are normally welcoming and helpful. They keep the store... clean as well as the restroom. They are also attentive to each guests needs. Very nice to frequent a restaurant these days wherethey actually care about the guest. I'll definitely be returning to this location.
