Do not order a pickup from this location. They either make your order way in advance and you end up with a cold sub that should... be hot or a soggy warm sub that should be cold. In person ordering is no better as you're going to wait in line for 20 minutes. I really want this to be a better experience as Jersey Mikes has a great menu and their charitable giving is commendable butthe employee situation here is horrible. Plus every sub comes wrapped, then placed in a bag and then placed in another enormousbag. In that giant bag there are no napkins. C'mon guys, its all about execution and that ain't happening here. My dear friend was kind enough to bring me the sandwiches I asked for - an Italian type combo and another tuna. The Italian... leaked white ?dressing?, had a very thin slice of tomato melting into the copious amounts of shredded lettuce and overall tastedlike no meats and cheese but a grassy field. I love going to Jersey Mike's as I must eat gluten free. The gluten free rolls can be quite dry, but ordering a hot sub with... allergy alert produced a delicious and edible bread, made safely. I visited today, ordered a hot sub gluten free, but was toldthat "we were told we could no longer make hot subs if you have an allergy ( to gluten)" I was so disappointed! Emailed theowner to clarify this policy and awaiting a response. So if you are a gluten free diner, beware. I will update later... Read more

Ordered 1 sub through the app and arrived to pick it up at the recommended time. There was already 5 other people ahead of me... still waiting for online orders. They could not start my sandwich until 25 min after I got there. Get home to find my whitebread was overcooked dark brown and crispy on the ends. I did not want a baguette sandwich. Read more

An even more updated review (1/22/22): I emailed them a week ago, as per their response to my review. Nothing. Crickets. Why... even respond to reviews with a ?contact us? response, and then ignore it? Updated review: Ordered a few subs last weekend fordelivery. Wrong bread type on one sandwich. The bread also seemed like day old. Since this was early afternoon, it should havebeen fresh. Called this location, and no one answered the phone. Ended up emailing them from the app. Corporate says they can?tdo anything, but says they will forward the email to the franchisee. Still no response back a week later. The last few monthsthis location has really gone downhill. When trying to order things in their app at 11-12 in the morning, many subs don?t showas available, because their manager doesn?t update stock from the day before. Really disappointing customer service, as I lovetheir subs when done right. ???????????? Previous review: Nice quality ingredients. It?s nice to see a sub place that isstaffed with enough people. Went to JM at Cactus and Tatum at 7:45 to get a Cheesesteak sandwich, walked in and the guy behind the counter quickly informed... me that ?The grill is off and we are only doing cold sandwiches? I said, what time do you close and he said 9:00 but I like toclean the grill at 8:15 and I have to turn it off. I wonder if the owner knows that his menu shrinks an hour and fifteen minutesbefore closing??? I ordered tuna in a bowl and he opened a plastic spoon to get it because all of the serving utensils werealready gone. I paid for extra tuna and didn?t even get a normal serving. Read more

The worst customer service. The employees will stand by and watch the new employee struggle to add the veggies to the sandwich... as the meat slicer continues to pile up mobile orders. They have a separate counter that they can use for mobile orders butinstead shove them in new employees line. Backing everything up. I left after waiting too long. Read more
