Jersey Mike's have accepted the order but when the valet showed up they said they don't have any chicken or beef items left and... I was asked by the valet and Jersey Mike's to cancel my order. And I have been charged for the same by Uber. No service, yet Iwas charged. When I called back to Jersey Mike's has acknowledged that they would not be able to refund and it had to be sortedby Uber. When I contacted the uber chat support, they said they cannot refund and it was the best resolution they couldprovide. You can confirm with the above contacts and they can acknowledge the same. This location should really reconsider doing mobile orders. They always take twice as long as the order time gives for a pick-up... time. My order today was to be ready by 4:35 pm, when I walked in at 4:50 they told me they were rapping my order up and tookabout another 5 min to do so. There were 3 employees and 1 other customer. Ordered a large Chipotle Cheese Steak for $13+ dollars. Pretty weak on the fixings, won't order it again. Definitely not... anything like the picture shows. Received little onions and 1 or 2 peppers, it's kinda like the drive through where you getscrewed and do see their failure till you get back to work. Read more
