My 2nd time visiting wasn't as pleasant as the first. I visited today around lunchtime . There was no customers in line as I... preceded to veiw the menu the two guys never greeted me. I just started saying what I wanted since no one asked. The entiretransaction they were focused on the customer behind me. Please do better! Went from 4 stars to 2. Sandwich was still good, but when $9.30 worth of brownies are missing after $10 for delivery and tip... that is a crisis. Seems $10 isnt enough for a 2 mile drive. $62.59 for 3 regular sandwiches is too rich for my blood. May havebeen Postmates who stole it, but I didn't pick them, you did. Read more
The team working at 2415 E Baseline location at 12:00 PM during the lunch rush are absolutely killing it, handling the flow of... the line efficiently and with smiles, all whilst online orders are coming in and being serviced. Iv been to a lot of locationsfrom Scottsdale the Avondale and this is the best customer service I have had at any. I work in pest control I know my area welland these guys and gal deserve a bonus. I'm extremely impressed with the cleanliness and food handling practices. The guy who made my sandwich used gloves and washed... his hands between each customer's sandwiches. The prep area was clean and the bread was kept covered until needed. I alsoappreciate how the menu has the calorie count next the item along with how many calories will be added or subtracted forsandwich add-ons! Read more
