We have been in this 2501 W Happy Valley Rd location in Phoenix AZ 4 times in the past 2 months to find they have no white... bread. This has happened at lunch and dinner time. No one could advise as to why they seem to be out of white bread so often.This is your main item how do you consistently have this issue? Could you imagine this happening IN New Jersey? I always love the sandwiches and how fresh everything usually is. That?s not the problem the problem is the employees not... changing gloves in between touching all the nastiness around their area. Going back and forth from cashier to sandwhiches.Gross. Also a disturbing thing I notice everytime I go is when they make carry out orders they take the nasty dirty receiptpaper with ink on it and put it in between the persons sand which so someone can make it. Well beyond disgusting. If you everorder from here go inside. Even ordering inside most employees look miserable and aren?t friendly. I?ve only seen a few withgood customer service in the multiple times going. We stood in line for a 45 minutes and watched sandwich after sandwich get made from all of the door dash and delivery apps. I... understand this is the new thing that restaurants enjoy doing as to make extra cash for people who don?t want to go into thestore. But forcing your customers who are standing on their feet to wait because tickets are popping out is extremely rude andfrom my experience, bad business. Your poor workers are getting hit with 25 ppl in front of them as well as 4 sandwiches perticket popping out every 3 minutes. You can tell those girls were very over worked and frustrated. If you need those apps tosurvive, then add a different service station in the restaurant specifically for those to go orders. Then you?re giving betterquality to both those at home and to people who are actually waiting in line at your store. They were friendly about our allergies and took them seriously. I will never be taking my family back through this restaurant... chain ever again. We have a wheat allergen, so they charge us $3.00 additional per sandwich. I ordered 4 giant sandwiches for myfamily of 6 which includes children. The sandwiches were just bread, copious amounts of dry, crumbly, tasteless bread. It wasprobably the worst sandwich experience I've had to date. $86 in sandwiches to choke on. Everyone else's food looked good but ifyou have allergies or prefer gluten free take a hard pass here. All you'll get is bread and nothing in-between. Also the men'sbathroom smelled like someone had just washed their dog inside. An investment in a proper cleanser would go a long way. Read more

Jersey Mike's subs are my favorite subs ever. Everything is fresh. I love the Rosemary parmesan buns. Personnel is a bit of a... problem here as it is everywhere right now but they did their best and the sandwiches were delicious. Limited parking. Close torestaurants and Westgate and the 101. Lettuce lady here to say that not all Jersey Mike's are equal. Tonight we went to Norterra Jersey Mike's and it was great! We... were met by Haley who was friendly, fast and very knowledgeable of the menu. The other employee was washing dishes in the backand took great care to wash them thoroughly. When he needed to come out to help at the front, I watched as he stopped by thesink and scrubbed up before putting gloves on. Also, the restaurant was clean and stocked. I really enjoy a couple of their sandwiches. What really bothers me about this particular location. Is every time I go in to... have lunch which is usually between 1 and 3 PM, the dining area is typically empty maybe 1 or 2 folks, but the dining tables arealways dirty.
