We've been coming here regularly for a short time. We're always greeted with friendly, efficient service. The product is... consistently good, no complaints. They also took the time to explain the app to me so I can take advantage of the discounts. They've been short on some ingredients a few times so could not make certain smoothies but I can't fault them for that as I seeit everywhere we go so I won't rate them for things beyond their control. I didn't even get to order because as I understand they lady ahead of me ordered her whole freaking breakfast and lunch...I... needed the key to use the bathroom and then order a smoothie for a medical emergency. The worker said "should be open" and Iinformed him it was not and I asked for the key while he got started on those ladies drinks and things walking right into theback... just a little human communication goes a long way. Got a smoothie down the road and survived my sugar crash but won't goto this area shop again. Read more
No complaints on food quality. An online order was confirmed with pick up time and I reached there on time. But it's funny when... they say "We haven't received your order, we don't see your order, could it be some other Jamba location". I had to show myorder on my phone and they completed my order quick but no apologies. And believe me, I was the only customer at that time inthe store. Read more

I just started working close to this Jamba Juice and it is prob one of the healthiest, plant based options in this area. After... spending time looking at the menus I settled on the greens and ginger. The first ingredient is lemon-aide. Generally lemonadehas a good amount of sugar but it?s Jamba Juice so i thought it would be less. I asked if the lemon-aide contained lots of sugarand someone on staff told me, ?it?s not too sweet? then another staff member told me, ?there?s some sugar but it?s all natural?lol. The Greens and Ginger arrived quickly and i was handed it by a very smiley staff member. It was delicious and absolutelyrefreshing on this hot Phoenix day. Now the unfortunate part, I looked online and it has 77 Grams of sugar! It seems that I needto find a different option there. Suggestions? I want raw greens of some sort. I like almost all fruits. I am trying tosignificantly limit sugar. I prefer to stay plant based on most things in life EXCEPT when I go out on a special occasion fortacos. :) Read more

I don?t leave many reviews but when I do it?s because I have a great or terrible experience. This is a great Jamba location.... Craiden is always the best when I come in for my lunch break. All the employees have been so pleasant and quick when I stop by.Hope the manager gives them a bonus, they deserve it. Read more
