So I come to this one when the kids are in school. There?s usually one guy who opens by himself. He opens on time if not a... little early, remains smiling, even if there?s 5 customers waiting, always clean. Send this guy some help. I feel so bad forhim. Marina at the counter is very cheerful and sweet. She made ordering a breeze and even took the time to describe the flavors of... the drinks. The place is bright and cheery. I would have given a full five stars if it were not for the older employee who isvery loud. Still, this place is a step up from the Jamba Juice in other locations. Read more
Ordered through the app, and added my half off reward, which came to $5 and some change. Once I paid, it took over $10. The... store said call corporate, and corporate said (to sum it up) too bad so sad. Use the reward on your next visit... I will not beordering from the app anymore. I've gotten incorrect drinks here. I've gotten a partially blended drink that had very noticeable chunks in it. Manager wouldn't... replace the drink when I brought it in because I drank part of it. Another visit I asked to use the bathroom they said I neededto buy something even though I already said I was going to. When I got access to the bathroom they kept pounding on the door tocheck up on me. Apparently you can't use the bathroom longer than 5 mins. I'm not homeless I don't need to be treated as such.Horrible experience at this location and ashamed to say I frequent it. Read more
I told the manager at this location about the horrible experience I had at Bethany Home Road location. She apologized and took... it very serious and told me she was going to run it up. If you?d like to see this experience you can go to that locations andlook at my review. This location is still is a very clean place the women are very nice here and they took it very serious whenI told him what had just happened. They don?t know why that store has been closing early or for the day lately but either waythey agreed on me having to drive an extra 5 miles out of my way my meal or something should definitely be comped and I totallyagree. I ran in, to get a quick smoothy & the one I picked can only be described as, "Soooo freaking omg smoothie-licious!!!!!" I got... their newest, almond milk line, "Coconut Berry Bliss." It is extremely yummy yummers!!!!! It's smooth (blended very well), &is not overpowering w/ coconut..just sooo gooooood!!! The actual store is bright, open, good working AC, lol; this location isclose to bunches of shopping & eatery places, w/ a Walgreens just down the road (East) on Tbird.
