So I come to this one when the kids are in school. There?s usually one guy who opens by himself. Marina at the counter is very cheerful and sweet. She made ordering a breeze and even took the time to describe the flavors of... the drinks. The place is bright and cheery. Ordered through the app, and added my half off reward, which came to $5 and some change. Once I paid, it took over $10. The... store said call corporate, and corporate said (to sum it up) too bad so sad. Use the reward on your next visit... I will not beordering from the app anymore. I've gotten incorrect drinks here. I've gotten a partially blended drink that had very noticeable chunks in it. Manager wouldn't... replace the drink when I brought it in because I drank part of it. Another visit I asked to use the bathroom they said I neededto buy something even though I already said I was going to. When I got access to the bathroom they kept pounding on the door tocheck up on me. Apparently you can't use the bathroom longer than 5 mins. I'm not homeless I don't need to be treated as such.Horrible experience at this location and ashamed to say I frequent it. Read more
