I just went to this location on the way to an event. The bathroom was nasty for one. I took it upon myself to clean the trash... off the floor. I ordered and I açai Primo bowl, I did not pay 11 bucks for them to skimp on the portion. The woman said well ohthat?s how we do it. I saw the white mans bowl as his bowl had a normal portion. I also paid for extra bananas and didn?t getit. Will never come to this location again and I will not recommend. They didn?t even have any spoons in stock. By far the nicest staff around!! If you purchase one of their new metal tumblers, you get 15% off smoothies when you bring it... back in. I love my new yellow metal tumbler, it keeps my beverages super cold and I love the metal straw -- and the color issuper pretty! Read more

I have always enjoyed coming here last two years.. Unfortunately for me and others, I noticed that you changed your hours. It... says 8am and I have my day started by then. Then so many times I knew you be open till 7pm and it says 6pm..Well that's $50 aweek you are losing just from me which is $200 a month, and I would bring in a client. I also notice Josh is gone? I love this location! Everyone is nice. I don't just go here for a smoothie because it tastes great or I could just go... elsewhere. All the employees are kind and I miss Hannah cuz she was awesome. There are other good employees that currently bringJoy to my days now though.They are Que, Roman, Christian and Andrew. There positive energy is great. Really weird service. The two young ladies working, only one wore a mask although sign outside says to wear them. They chose to... make everyone's drinks before mine, I ordered 3 everyone after me ordered 1 each. Zero communication. Not the normal serviceexpected out of Jamba Juice. Read more
I wish I didn?t have to rate it this low. Normally the customer service and customer experience is amazing at this location. But... Michaela who I think may be a manager since she was the only one wearing a different color shirt, is the reason for this lowrating. It wasn?t super busy. There was only one other customer already being helped when I walked in. Michaela kept makingfaces and rolling her eyes when I was ordering and it seemed like I was wasting her time by having her take my orders. Thenafter I paid, she dropped the change into my hand like she could care less and then didn?t give me my receipt nor asked if Iwanted one because she quickly turned around and left the register. Had I not asked the other employee there at the otherregister for my receipt I would have never gotten it. How she acted is not how a manger should be and to act that way in frontof the other employees and other customer is not only not manager material but that was just plain rude. She needs, AT THE VERYLEAST, additional training. I will not come in the mornings anymore. If she is in the store when I walk in during the rest ofthe day, I?m just walking out. Store didn't look open( no lights/no customers) but it was. Gal was friendly but couldn't make our 1st 2 requests. Hubby worked... at Jamba years ago, so we gave her the recipe for his 3rd choice. Neither smoothie was fully blended, lots of little fruit "beads" in the bottom. My Peach pleasure didn't get the added blueberries but it was tasty. Floor and counter were sticky.
