Never been to a Jamba juice before, seems like a standard smoothie place.
I hate doing this, but I have already contacted corporate directly and spoke to the "manager" about this issue. I have tried to... order oatmeal from this location on SIX separate occasions now and the employee says...."Oh sorry, we didn't make any today." The last time I ordered it using door dash, went to pick it up, and the manager said, "I was late and didn't make any." Then sherefunded me in cash and shorted me 4 cents??? Really you can't refund my full amount??? Honestly this behavior is just lazy andTERRIBLE customer service. I will not be going into this business again. Read more
I try to make it here for lunch sometimes, and the online ordering makes it so convenient for me to order on my phone ahead of... time. My smoothie is ready in the fridge for me when I get there 10 min later! I?m not sure his name, but the guy working theremidday on weekdays is always so kind and genuinely excited about his job. It was an alright juice place. Only problem was that the bobas that I got in my mango juice were not my favorite, and they were... hard to suck. I enjoyed the juice, though. Not much to say about this place. Read more
