Besides smelling of pot, and homeless people all over the place the food was good, and the drive thru attendant was very kind. ... My toupee nearly flew away when he opened the door to the drive thru but alas he was kind about it and the tacos were good inthe end. Feel free to run over homeless in parking lot, there like roaches no matter how many you run over there back again thenext night. sigh... Read more
Pulled up on 9-2-22 at 1:40am ish. Just got out the bar and best service I?ve had from Jack in the box. Homie was nice and... respectful so I was as well. Service was quick and he even asked me if I wanted 4 ranches in the bag. I get home and my bag isneatly organized, not even a fry at the bottom of the bag. Food was fresh and tasty ???????????? Don't ever come here with a mobile order. I placed an order and went to pick it up. My order didn't show up on their side but I... had a receipt proving I paid for it. They refused to help me because "Its not showing on our computers." I then asked how do Iget a refund. Not a single staff member in this restuant knew how the app worked or how to give a refund. Outstanding place to grab a burger! I ordered a Classic Buttery Jack Combo w/ Curly Fries and it didn't disappoint! Their BBQ... sauce is on-point, Buttermilk House Sauce (aka Ranch) is fantastic. I washed it all down with some Coke-A-Cola and the servicewas quick...dining area clean. Couldn't ask for a better dining experience. Thanks Jack! Read more
I don't usually review chain fast-food joints, so I'll just do a quick summary here. The food was fresh and hot, the orders... were all correct, and we got said food quickly. This location is to be good. But today I had to clean our table. It wasn't visually dirty but you could feel the stickiness. The... trash had my black hand print. The bun was burnt on one of the burgers. Employees eating in the view of customers. Made excuseswhy the bun was burnt, there should never be excuses in front of the customers. Just make a fresh one. The drive through of this place was somewhat long so I decided to go inside. The place was clean even though it was a bit busy.... The one thing I left with a good memory was the young woman behind the counter. She had a very positive, upbeat, kind, and verycourteous when taking the order and being ni e after the order was placed. I've never experienced that before.
