Besides smelling of pot, and homeless people all over the place the food was good, and the drive thru attendant was very kind. ... My toupee nearly flew away when he opened the door to the drive thru but alas he was kind about it and the tacos were good inthe end. Pulled up on 9-2-22 at 1:40am ish. Just got out the bar and best service I?ve had from Jack in the box. Homie was nice and... respectful so I was as well. Don't ever come here with a mobile order. I placed an order and went to pick it up. My order didn't show up on their side but I... had a receipt proving I paid for it. They refused to help me because "Its not showing on our computers." I then asked how do Iget a refund. Not a single staff member in this restuant knew how the app worked or how to give a refund. The drive through of this place was somewhat long so I decided to go inside. The place was clean even though it was a bit busy.... The one thing I left with a good memory was the young woman behind the counter. She had a very positive, upbeat, kind, and verycourteous when taking the order and being ni e after the order was placed. I've never experienced that before.
