This is one place we couldn't wait to eat at! Soon as we left the airport in Phoenix we followed the GPS to the closest one.... Thankfully they were opened late as we were very hungry due to flight delays. We visited Jack in the Box all over Arizona andNevada. We were never disappointed. Read more
This negative review reflects the app too. I placed an order for pick-up and when I arrived the app acted up claiming an "app... error" and to try again. I showed the store manager and he attempted to "try again" and the app then read "too many attempts,try again later". I then asked if he would honor the app prices. I was getting jumbo eggrolls for $1 and to order at theregister would cost me $2.49 for 1 egg roll. He said he COULDN'T do that. So because he couldn't do that, I am going to makesure Jack in the Box gets a bad review. Read more
It started with him charging me over a dollar more than what they have on the board. And it ended with them giving me a pound of... Grease they didn't charge me for. That caused damage to a purse and the paperwork that I set the bag on that there's no reasonfor all the grease. There's a Burger King across the street you should go to rather than that Jack in the Box Read more
I'm always at Jack on 4th Ave. On 32nd and Ave. B or San Luis Az. I am trying to gain a little weight but that's not the point,... I love their potato wedges with extra cheese sauce, and at least 2 Lg cold caramel coffees a day. And chicken nuggets for mygranddaughters. Read more
