Got two monster tacos 2 for $3 , those were probably the only good thing from my order. They tasted fresh and were warm. If only... I could say the same about the rest of my food, I ordered the munchie meal and got the Spicy Nacho Chicken sandwich, barely anyjalapenos or sauce, the patty tasted old and dry. I've gotten this before at other jack in the box locations and the sandwichwas practically slipping out of my hands from how much sauce and how many jalapenos were in there. Have went here a couple of times..... first two times was quick food was correct and the line moved fast. Person taking the... order was a litte unhappy. The 3rd time i went the line was long moved slow want order was incorrect. This location needs toadd a walk up window for customers who have no car..... ive seen this in areas where foot traffic is high. Read more
The other JITB I go to had a line going to the street, so I decided to try this one. Boy was that a mistake. After 30 minutes... of sitting in line, they just start telling people that they are only doing mobile orders, which wastes all of our time and wehave to leave. I was willing to wait a long time for the tacos, but I have hate how jack in the box has become since covid. Thelazy ones just say "we can only do mobile orders" after a certain time. It's so lazy, there's not many places to go get food atnight after I'm done working, definitely will never be coming back here. Read more
We always called ir jack in the Crack back in the day. So ya get those 2$ tacos for lunch so easy cheap yummy. What can I say... good soda excellent service here. People forget good service usually means good food! Read more
They are short staffed, like most fast food restaurants. I only go here when nothing else is open. There is only ever one... person working the night shift and they are visibly irritated and exhausted. The lines get pretty long, but my order is alwayscorrect Read more

I was here at 4:30 in the morning. The app was not functioning so I went to drive through. They told me that I could only order... online. I told him I tried but the app is not functioning. The drive-thru person told me that they are only serving Uber eatsor Postmates customers. All your signage says 24 hour drive thru but the person told me that you guys close at 4:00 a.m. andopen up at 6 a.m. I told them hold on a minute and I'll get a pick-up in. As I was opening the app the person at the drive-thruthreatened to call the police on me for not leaving. Why would you threaten to call the police on a customer that's trying tomake an order?
