We got this today and if I hadn’t seen it….Bread with mold …self explanatory…ugh ???? Getting worse every year smh
The food and service are fine. It's the people hanging around outside that's unappealing. There was a guy asleep in his food... outside the door. Tons of vagrants in the parking lot and as I pulled up to the drive thru, a guy on foot was literally hangingon the window where you pay and get your food. He didn't move when my car pulled up and the drive thru cashier didn't make himmove for about 3-4 minutes . I just sat in my car and waited. He finally moved and went behind my car and stood there. It waskinda scary. They seem to have absolutely no control of this place. Read more
I attempted to order a couple of items in your drive through today. The person on the intercom(very poor english) only got half... my order and hung up. When I complained at the window I asked for someone who speaks english the woman at the window gave methe finger. I am part latino myself so this was not a slur. Your store is getting a lot of bad reviews so you might want tomake sure there's someone taking orders who is fluent in english and has some patience. I have been eating Jack for over 50years but, I will never come to your store again because of this incident - VERY POOR SERVICE. Read more
Was excited to have a Jack in the box so close to my new place. But, this one is the worst! Horrible service, wait times are... ridiculous and food is always junk. Homeless basically live in the parking lot and will bug you while in drive thru, even at thewindow! I suggest you go anywhere else. Read more
If I can give 0 star, I would. My fiance ordered a big order worth over $30 in the drive through one evening and when he tried... carrying 2 big bags and 2 large drinks (with no carry out case) into home, the drinks spelled all over him and he had to quicklydropped everything on the floor because both extremely thin bags stuffed with food tore apart. We were able to salvage only 1sandwich to eat! I went back there with pictures and receipt to ask for a refund because my fiance was too angry to talk to thembut only the employees were there and they said they will call the manager. I waited almost an hour but no manager! Then theytold me she will come in the morning. I am a busy person and so I called the next morning and several mornings but their phonewas either busy or it hung up on me. That was when I wrote to this woman in corporate online and she asked for pictures andreceipt which I sent her. I thought she would contact the manager there for me and will give me a refund, again no reply. Thenfinally about a month later I called up this store again and the manager said she had never heard of this incident or complaintfor a refund but she'll call this corporate manager and will call me back for a refund. Again, it has been months and months nowand nothing happened. These people lied about giving you a refund once you leave their premises. Good luck waiting around forthe lies they are telling you! Nobody should come here because who knows what else they are lying to us!!! I will return toupdate with more photos and receipt from that evening!!! Update: I will try to fill out their forms again online. Because I gotbusy and couldn't do it. I don't want to waste my time again but I will give them another chance to fix the problems. Read more
Great selection of food and you can get breakfast all day long or a burger for breakfast ????
I came here for lunch with my girlfriend. And we ordered two combos to go from inside of the building. It was lunch hour, true.... Yet, it took them almost 20 minutes to get the order done and there were several people that ordered after us they got theirmeals before us. I was waiting for the food at the counter and I noticed the worker using the friar was grabbing tacos from thefreezer with her bare hands. Also, on the fish sandwiches we ordered they used extremely old lettuce! Lord only knows what elsethey probably did. We ate the food anyway. I was hungry and didn't have time to talk to the manager. But anytime during lunchhour I'd advise to avoid this Jack in the Box. Read more
The bun on my burger was stale. Both bathrooms were out of service e. All in all, a disappointing visit.
