Whoever the heck was working today was an a**hole. They wouldn?t let us finish our order and kept trying to cut our order short... and wouldn?t listen. When we asked if we could add to our order, he gave so much attitude and cut us off again.we ended up justdriving through and not even getting our order. Needs to be fired. Read more
I don't write negative reviews often, but as someone who has worked fast food jobs, I can see that there is just a blatant... disregard for taking care of individual customers. The older lady who took care of my order today at the front counterrepeatedly walked away while I was making my order, trying to pay, and asking for sauce. Then, getting the order, the order wasnot even correct, wrong burger and the topping i asked to be removed was still there. The receipt not saying what I had askedfor, so clearly she didn't pay attention to what I wanted. Individual customer service is important, it makes a customer want tocome back. This restaurant hates Service dogs. I walked in with my service dog and she was wearing her service dog harness. They... immediately demanded my dogs papers which is against the law. They are not allowed to ask for papers nor are they allowed to askwhat their job is. I hope the law shuts them down for violating the ADA. YOU DON?T WANT DOGS IN YOUR RESTAURANT THEN POSTABSOLUTELY NO DOGS ALLOWED. I have been in sit down restaurants with no problems or issues at all. Hours are so sporadic and most definitely not 24hrs. More like when I feel like coming to work. I work right around the corner,... and I get that the system can be down to do some processing in morning but there is zero consistency as to the time. Right nowit's after 5am and there is no one here. The lights are off.no cars in the lot.. been here at 3am closed, been here at 4amclosed due to system whatever, been here at 5am nothing. The only reason why they got one star is because we have to put a star that is the worst Jack in the box I've ever been to we... ordered three of the late night Munchie meals they came in bags instead of boxes we didn't get the soda that we ordered. Weordered a double stack grilled cheese I think that's what it's called so it's supposed to be a grilled cheese on the top and ahamburger on the bottom the way they make the sandwich was like a hamburger on the bottom that was supposed to probably be acheeseburger but they forgot to put the cheese with the burger patty so they stick the cheese in between the third and secondbread but it wasn't melted my son ordered the same thing his was just flat out cold my boyfriend chewed into a french fry thatcrunched and I heard it from across the room and thoughts that his tooth chipped I wasted my money Read more
Scam. They overcharge. Picture in the window with price. I was over charged. She says oh you ordered the medium. It was the... smallest in what she offered. She never said small. I feel ripped off. Ordered drive through, #3 combo (requested no ice in my drink) got #10, went to exchange burgers, left, sat down to eat, saw... ice in my drink, replacement burger is not even warm. Bummer, should've double checked, but never had 3 problems with my orderbefore. Have to triple check next time. ???????? Edit: they fixed the problems, no issues with apologies, all good.
