enjoyed dine in here, comfort food that is filling. staff efficient to get orders and get food ready in good timing.
So I come here often enough to know when it comes to getting food here you never know what you are going to get. 80% of the time... the food is old and not even warm. I know this because I use to work for jack in the box. I can?t tell the difference fromfreshly made food and something that was simply place back in the fryer for a couple of seconds. Go anywhere else or test your luck. Time and time again I've waited 30 to 45 minutes in this drive thru for a mobile order that... I already paid for. (No choice at that point) Good luck getting warm food. Anyone posting a positive review here has only beenthere once and gotten lucky. I live near it. I've gone to it too many times. I didn't order anything because I had to sit in line for approximately 20 minutes behind 3 cars. Why it was taking so long, I... have no idea. Another car that was waiting got out of line a left. I left after another car got their order finally. I willconsider giving this Jack In The Box one more chance just to see what happens. BTW it was approximately 120am in the morning. Read more
Sold me iced coffee with dead mosquito. I saw the mosquito when I almost finished drinking it. I took it back , they never... admitted to it and refused a refund. Hopefully I don?t get malaria, aids, flu or this monkeypox. Denying it is unacceptable Read more

I don?t really have a problem with this location, however they hired new staff recently and they just cook stuff and let it sit.... I say this because the food is soggy and cold, they also forget items. It only tends to certain shifts. If it?s two guysworking, that?s the no go shift. If it?s any of the lady?s then its fine. I just avoid this one if I can. It use to not be thisway. Hopefully a hiccup. Read more
