This establishment actively engages in discrimination against the disabled in an ill-concived attempt to not serve the homeless... of DTPHX, and are not providing reasonable accomodations for disabled persons as I experienced. Lots of things to be said aboutthe establishment itself and the abysmal accommodations or the hygiene of the employees or lack there of, but truly the mostdisgusting part is the attack on our collective human rights. I arrived they had the doors locked it was just after 7:30 pm the sign on the door said doors lock at 9 pm they gave me my order... with my drink that comes with meal. than replacing it with a Large cus I order a medium drink and that was nice. I was on my wayto work it was an inconvenience being open doors should of been opened to the public and they had all them locked I am happy Imade it on time Read more
Not open at 4 pm on Sundays!!!!! EBT card reader always broken!!!!!! Dining room not open. Always gets the order wrong. Bad... customer service. Doesn't serve homeless army veteran who is starving! Ate beans and water for dinner at dollar general becausedoors are always locked. Not worth the trip. Read more
I will never go back to this location. Everytime I go there, they always mess up my order. This last visit I ordered a breakfast... jack with sausage. The photo shows what i got. You need to fire the entire crew and get somebody in there that cares!! Read more
This Jack in the Box location always seems to have their lobby closed so that the workers can fool around and only do drive... through. Its always a different excuse from each worker. One told us their computers were down but conveniently only the lobbyones. One said it was because the restrooms were out of order. One said they opened at hours that aren't at the hours posted onthe door, hoping that the 6 people waiting outside past time would just leave. In the pictures posted you can see the workerspoking their head around the counters to see if we were still there. If you ask for a manager theyll tell you there is nomanager. This keeps happening so... maybe they really DONT have a legit manager present. Is corporate unaware they do this atthis location? Even the "tell us how we're doing" number is disabled. After placing an order through the app I proceeded to restaurant to pickup my order only to find out that the entire restaurant... was closed for the night, even though it says it is open 24 hours. Also the money that was charged to my account has not beenreturned to my account YET!! Read more
Got off work early enough to actually make it to get a sandwich on the way home. Just to get there at 7:30pm and they are closed... even though the sign says open till 9pm. No reason why the lobby was closed and when eye contact was meet only received ashoulder shrug and walked away. No go thru the drive thru no sorry for the inconvenience no nothing. Read more
