Look, it's fast food. The difference here is the staff. Every time I go through the drive-through, they are friendly. I can tell... they are short staffed sometimes because I'll have to wait a bit longer but they always are very nice. Read more

I don?t know why this place doesn?t just shut down already. They clearly can?t operate properly. One night they didn?t even... answer at the drive thru at 9 PM, tonight their excuse was ?if you don?t have an online order too bad!?, another night they justsaid their computer was down. This is definitely the last time I come here again. Just shut your doors ? you guys clearly can?toperate a business, stop wasting everyone?s time. I would like to start of by saying do not go here. the food is horrible and the service is worse. I went in and ordered my usual... meal (i usually go in after work because it?s fast, close, and cheap. i also work nights so most places are closed) and i willnot be returning. There was a lady working that night she looked mexican and seemed to be pregnant. I was trying to order andeveryone was busy except for her. She was sitting down not doing anything except playing on her phone and eating from what icould see. i waited for 20 minutes before she took my order and when she did all i received was attitude. after paying she threwmy card back at me and walked away to sit back down. she then proceeded to flip me off after handing me my food when i wasseemingly not looking. upon opening my bag of food nothing was bagged correctly and everything was open and thrown in there. ihope corporate or management will acknowledge this and hire more qualified and kinder staff. I went to jack in the box the other night and i have to say the night shift is highly unprofessional and incompetent. i orders... two tacos for my husband and an impossible burger for me BUT THEY GAVE ME A BURGER WITH REGULAR MEAT!!!! luckily i noticedbefore eating too much of it but still ended up sick in the bathroom for HOURS. I ended up going back immediately and was calleda liar because I had no receipt even though i was there not even an hour before. one young woman with pinkish hair and glasses(she said her name was yesenia) was extremely helpful in resolving this issue but the two heavyset women were rude anddisrespectful during my entire visit. First off the lady at the register saw me walk up to counter she got on her phone and walked off left me there like five minutes... then came back asked what I wanted I said a shake she said they aren't making shakes right now so I then asked for a large drinkshe got an attitude I paid then she place my cup on counter then threw my straw at me didn't hand it to me threw it at me!!!!!!! And I believe she is wearing a manager shirt but she was nice to her daughter she cooked lunch for and didn't charge hera dime for her her meal and her grandpa's meal and food she wanted for herself later Read more
9/22/21 There is always something with this place.. within the last 2 weeks I had issues with them. I go after work because they... are one of the only places that serve lunch at 5am. The first time, They had a system update, so they weren't takingorders Second time, no debit or credit Third time, the fryer is down Fourth time, "due to being short staffed we aren't takingany orders" And then today, they had yellow cones blocking the drive thru.. Why be a 24hr service, if you can't provide theservice!! Very irritating!! UPDATE 10/6/21: still not 24hr service.. this time they have a sign up saying sorry we are closed..this is at 5:10am 10/12/21: Went at 4am this time. Apparently there is a "daily system update at 4am" I swear it's just excuseafter excuse.. they have someone in the building so why aren't they helping customers out. Read more
This location has gone downhill. Service & the Management is terrible. I've been going to this location for over 15 years, Now... you couldn't pay me to go there! Read more
