UPDATE: I've responded to the reply from the "so- called" Jack in the Box "owner and filled out everything. It's been over 2... weeks and STILL have not been contacted. They truly appreciate their customers, ha!!! If this is your way of conducting yourbusiness, it will not survive in these days and times. Shame on you. Why respond if you're not going to make it better, you'rebetter off not responding at all. Order a large French Fry, they were hard, hollow and tasted like sawdust. Called to ask themto make it right and said I'd have to come back, so I asked if they were refunding my gas, too. Many other places have told meto ask for the manager on my next visit and they'd make it right. Definitely won't be going back to this location!!! My burger and fries were cold. The fries tasted as though they had sat for a few hours. The tomato on my burger had a rotten... spot on it. The drive through employee had dirty gloves on. I?ve made the mistake of going to this location twice because it?sclose to one. But I think from now on I?ll drive the extra mile. Read more
Honestly lazy workers I asked for fresh done I told them I would give them extra time on drive thru and they didn?t car the... popcorn chicken they re fry what they had all rocks you call them and they don?t answer I?m calling corporate tomorrow I lostmoney and time I only eat my 2 tacos and removed all the lettuce because it was old didn?t even crunch anymore all soggy???????? Customer service is ok. Took cashier about 10 min to acknowledge us. And they did not give me my food that I ordered. So after... waiting an unreasonable amount of time, i had to wait yet again.& The ice machine was not working. And seemed like this washappening to almost everyone. 10/13/2021. Ordered the cluck combo with curly fries. Sandwich was not crispy, and little did Iknow sandwich don't come with lettuce and tomatoes, so when I went up to ask for some I was almost charged for it. Oneemployee over heard my complaints about being charged and he told the girl at register, that she can just givvve it to me, cuz Ihad just ordered a combo. He said he would give it to me, walked away to get it (I thought) and never came back. After about 10min 9f waiting, I went up yet again and siad excuse me, no one even looked my way, then shouted HELLO!! still no one replied. Was disappointed when I opened my "loaded" tots. Tots were way over cooked and hard. There was little to no cheese or bacon on... them. The breakfast sandwich was good. Read more
Food was ok. But prices charged did not match prices on the menu. There wasn't a big discrepancy, but there shouldn't be any.... This isn't the first Jack in the Box to do it either. And they also charged $2 extra to do curly instead of regular fries in thekids meal. An order of small curly is only $0.50 more than regular fries. I ordered the new philly cheese fries and they barelycame with any meat. Not a good value. Read more
