I cannot believe the service ???? I received from the manager at store #1100 ( Emp: Chantel) I had just got finished with a 14... hour work shift and just wanted a decent breakfast. First it took 10 min to get my food and when they brought it out, my hashbrowns were cold, so I went back to the window to tell the manager and she totally treated me like s***. I really didn'tunderstand. Me: feel this Her: yeah, it feels like a hash brown Me: huh, yes it feels like a hash brown but it's cold???? Her:well it was under the warmer Me: ok but it's cold... So she snatched It from my hand And slammed it in the trash.. She thenslams the window shut! She was very upset that I said something about the food I spent my hard earned money for...it was verysad to see she obviously hated her job... she gave me cold food and wanted me to accept it..sorry but NO! I asked for my moneyback and she then again slammed the window shut and turns away... PSA: life is already tough enough, her attitude isunacceptable and she should definitely be fired!!!! Read more

This jack in the box is the absolute worst location ever. They always have the grills turned off at night and only serve fried... foods. And even then the tacos came out greasy and soggy and the same with the fries came out cold and soggy. One would thinkthat if all.your doing is fried foods and no burgers or sandwiches you would.be able to get it done the right way,but no itwasn't. I wanted to call corporate every time I stop in here is a big disappointment. Read more

Just left the drive through ordered a jumbo jack and a value fry. Thank God I looked at my meal before eating they out a half... head of brown lettuce in the burger, the tomatoes are wilted and the onions were old they even smelled old. I tried callingtwice but of course they won?t answer. I?m at work now and will be taking this back as soon as I get off!!!!!!!DISGUSTING Update: I went after I got off work and was given a full refund. Read more

Ordered just a simple special a triple Burger with white cheese, versus the yellow cheese. The first Burger the meat was old it... was curled up , and crispy and the cheese was cold. The second attempt at the remake, the Burger was missing the cheese, thethird attempt management stepped in and took over. On the 3rd attempt the meat was perfectly cooked tasted awesome!!! However,they put yellow cheese on it. Please note in my opinion if you get a freshly cooked Burger, they are phenomenal. Good luck! Read more

This place should be closed down. Not only do they only stay open late sometimes when they?re supposed to be a 24hr location but... they go out of their way to turn away customers by blocking the drive thru with a makeshift barrier or by claiming they can?tgive change. The guy who took my money had the grimiest fingernails I?ve ever seen and assured me the cook was wearing gloves. Icouldn?t even eat my food and didn?t bother getting a refund because I know they wouldn?t even try and be helpful. I?m not goingon the Jack in the box website to fill out another form bringing up the same issues. You know this place is not being run up tocode so just shut it down. If I get an automated message response from the ?owner? it will confirm that you don?t even care.It?s the most laziest form of solving a problem by pretending to care about customer problems. Just shut this location down forgood because the problems will never get solved and your food will not be sanitary. The only response I care to see from theowner is that your shutting down. UPDATE: on July 15th at 9:38PM my husband went again to try and order from there again, where the women working told him once... again that they were closed, he asked what the hours of operations where because it says 24 hours and she replied with "oh weare just short staffed". Why clock in, go to work, if you're only going to turn down every customer before they even order andsay you're closed?!! At this point are ya'll hiring?! Because I'd like to get paid just to sit on by butt as well EASY MONEY!This morning after my 12:33AM original review I did go to the owners website that he put below and filled it out, have not heardanything from them at all. On July 15th at 12:33 AM my husband went to order us some food. He was told they were closed but theGoogle hours say drive thru is 24 hours. This is the 3rd time this has happened to us personally. After reading reviews it seemslike this location does nothing but say they are closed to avoid actually working on multiple occasions. My husband had to driveto the one on 59th Ave an olive and it seemed they were packed at this time, assumed all the cars this one turned down had todrive to the other location. Getting paid to not work is fraud. Time fraud, there needs to be an investigation done on thislocation and their night employees and management team. Read more

Drove up and was told they were closed (at 9:30 PM) looks like they were all taking a group break in the lobby. Told them I had ... an online order to which they asked me to wait at the window. People were scrambling. We tried the new double bacon cheeseburgerand I was sorely disappointed. Burger was sloppy, fries were dry, I even paid extra for curly fries. Drinks tasted like if thefilter machine is work and dirty. I wouldn?t recommend this place. Read more

Once again I order a milk shake and I can't get one because the "ice cream machine" is down! Lazy employees! Also, I refused to... uses their disgusting bathroom! Toilet hadn't been clean in probably a week..yuck! I'm posting pics! No one should be exposed tothat disgusting sight in a well known restaurant. I'll never go to this Jack-n- the box on 43rd Ave and Peoria in Phoenix. Read more
