The line for the drive thru is consistently long and takes a while. I will say that the times I've experienced this type of wait... has been during peak hours, which is typical. Other than that, the drive thru is my choice. Read more

Waited about 20 mintues to pull up and order, there was only 2 car ahead.. and then waited about 10 minutes to place order once... I got to the speaker and finally waited close to an hour for food. I couldn't walk into the dinning rm to see what was takinglong as it was closed and I couldn't go back in line for the drive thru as the line was insanely long. For being someone who used to work at jack in the box, you would expect alot more courtesy and accuracy on your orders everyday... as a regular customer. Hire someone new that's actually polite for your morning shift, Jennifer seems to always have a attitudecuz she has to step away from her cellphone to take an order. Attitude from the time she takes your order (especially if youwait to see your order correct on the monitor) til you get out the drive thru. I understand the job gets frustrating but if acustomer is being polite when you clearly have an attitude CHECK YOURSELF or find a new job you can mentally handle. Also, don'task for anything special on your order either cuz they'll do the opposite on purpose, I ask for a chicken sandwich easy mayo andthey FLOOD my sandwich with mayo (for the 3rd time) everytime I ask for easy mayo they always add EXTRA. Ready for new management. The wrong container and prepare without Love. I go back in to use bathroom employee ignored me I asks... "excuse me will you open the bathroom door for me"? Was gonna give a good rating considering the lady working was alone n the drive thru was packed....but the food was nasty....and... the chicken sandwich my husband ordered had a beef patty on it instead of chicken!!!! smh ...fries were old n soggy n went rightin the trash....my two tacos looked like they had been sitting around for hrs....also went in the trash...the meat on my baconultimate cheeseburger was dry n old.
