Half the time, the inside area is closed so I have to go thru the drive-throufh. I usually get tacos. They are always fresh and... the orders are correct. The emoyees are polite And rarely do I have to wait for my order. Read more

I just dont understand how if this place is short staffed why do they put a sign up that says "only online ordering". I was the... only person at the drive thru and they could have taken my order at the window. The day before i went they said they are closedfor a shift change? That makes noooooo sense ! And clearly everyone thats leaving a review has the same issues and all they dois reply with a message but do nothing about the same complaints! Get your buisness together instead if having people reach outto a email and still not do a single thing about it! If your hours say 24/7 make sure people get the food they want 24/7!! Every single time I've come here there's always something, whether it be badly prepared food. Not fresh, or just bad Customer... service. I'm personally boycotting this Jack in the Box. If your wondering what happened in this particular instance. There's a"MEGA Munchie Box" that my Girlfriend absolutely loves, it's a pretty good deal. although, we really don't care for the CurlyFries we prefer the regular cut straight fries. And we requested that the fries be substituted. It's not like we are asking formore food or less to pay. Just instead of making the curly fries, they instead make the normal cut fries, it's not a majorrequest, and other JITB have done it no problem. So I am personally boycotting this JITB it may not do much but it's theprinciple for me. I hope this reached to someone who could make a difference but if not oh well. Read more

This place is a mess. They need more staff. The staff they do have needs to be retrained but if we're being real here.... THEY... NEED EXTRA STAFF. Its hard to blame someone for not being trained properly if they don't even know who is in charge. There were3 employees and when asked who was in charge they all said none of them. Jack stop doing this to people. Am I upset it took 30minutes for what should have taken no more than 10 minutes max? I sure am but on a human to human level at some point its notthe employees. There's not enough of them to be their fault. Hire more people! Start by hiring a manager. Seriously! They saypeople aren't going out as much any more but then companies do this to their customers and what little employees they have left. Read more

I have got to give a huge enormous F#&k Yeah to this staff. It was around 107 a few weeks ago and my truck was in the garage up... the street getting worked on and the dining room was closed at this location but after heating my situation, the staff wasgracious and hospitable let me me order inside and I went on my way. This is a level of hospitality and customer satisfactionthat we do not see nowadays so very very awesome for the staff to do this Read more

My go place when I am in a hurry, the service is outstanding and this Jack in the box is clean and well managed.
