Food here is good, but unless the lady shift leader is on the overnight, they always get the orders wrong.
Manager needs to do her job and place responsibility on the employees. The cook was vaping while I was in line to order. Same... cook was blasting the speaker and cashier person could not hear my order. Gets my order wrong and says I did not say I wanted aCombo meal, when I literally said yes I want a number 3 large. he then says he does not know how to correct my order. What can I say? I went to Jack In The Box in the morning it was already pretty hot I was grumpy and what can I say Olivia is a... completely down to earth manager that was super busy but still took the time out to come sit by me and talk to me I've never hada manager do that she went Way Beyond her Call of Duty she explained everything to me as far as the different things on the menuI was upset because I love the fish sandwich thank you Olivia for being so kind the restaurant looks very clean and everybodywas working very efficiently there was no side chatter or horsing around I'm super happy!! Good was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly and fast.
Not a place I would eat inside during the summer. It was so hottt inside. I felt bad for the workers. The girl upfront did a... good job with the order, especially for having to use the register over by the window. Order was correct, food done quickly,tasted okay. Our food didn't taste as good as it used to. We were in a rush, so of course we didn't notice my son was given regular fries... after asking for curly. After eating a few of the "Sauced and loaded" curly fries from the top, the rest looked like goo, andthere were old curly and regular fries. So disappointed.???? Read more
