Food here is good, but unless the lady shift leader is on the overnight, they always get the orders wrong.
Manager needs to do her job and place responsibility on the employees. The cook was vaping while I was in line to order. Same... cook was blasting the speaker and cashier person could not hear my order. Gets my order wrong and says I did not say I wanted aCombo meal, when I literally said yes I want a number 3 large. he then says he does not know how to correct my order. I went to Jack In The Box in the morning it was already pretty hot I was grumpy and what can I say Olivia is a... completely down to earth manager that was super busy but still took the time out to come sit by me and talk to me I've never hada manager do that she went Way Beyond her Call of Duty she explained everything to me as far as the different things on the menuI was upset because I love the fish sandwich thank you Olivia for being so kind the restaurant looks very clean and everybodywas working very efficiently there was no side chatter or horsing around I'm super happy!!
