UPDATE 11/17/22 I am happy to say after not returning here for a few months. I went back to this location and was pleasantly... surprised at the vast Improvement to the service and food quality. I have returned a few times now and the Improvement seems tobe consistent. The food was hot fresh and tasty. The order was correct, the service was friendly and fast. I was also happy tohear that the drive thru has returned to 24 hour service. Great job getting things back on track at this location. Originalreview I'm so very sad to demote this place to one star. This was my goto fast food as it was close to the house. For 20 yearsI enjoyed the food here for a late night snacks, breakfast or lunch when I couldn't be bothered to drive further away or didn'twant to risk trying un-tested alternative. I use to wait in lines that stretched around the building because this was a locationthat use to have high standards and great food. The food was always hot fresh and tasty and available 24hrs in the drive thru.Ever since the pandemic the drive thru closes at 10pm and when I have given them many opportunities to serve me the usual tastyofferings they have fallen extremely short. The food is cold the order has been wrong and stale and/or tastes like dirty fry oiland a dirty grille. The drinks have had an essence of the flavor that was ordered. If the franchise owner doesn't get their s**ttogether very quickly I suspect this location will be closing in the near future... Read more
This place is on another level of unsanitary! After ordering 2 tacos I was asked if I wanted any sauce to which I declined. The... guy at the drive thru then proceeds to try and give me his own "homemade hot sauce" that he pulled out from god knows where.This is completely unacceptable! And goes against so many food codes. Do not recommend ever. Read more

Just close it down. Waited 30 minutes to get to the menu. Waited another 20 minutes while no cars in front of me before I pulled... up To the window to see what was up. I understand staffing issues which is why I?m so patient but why am I waiting 20 mins whenno cars are in front of me at all? Not the greatest place to order any milkshakes from here they are not made correctly. I ordered a strawberry milkshake when I... got it the milkshake it wasn't mixed correctly and didn't have enough Strawberry mix... it was a vanilla milkshake and when Irepeatedly asked the to make it right, they looked at me like I was asking them to give me free food and my money back... all Iwanted was a strawberry milkshake not a vanilla milkshake...
