Worst experience ever had at any fast food place. I never leave reviews but I won't be coming back to this location. Order was... wrong. Noticed before driving off and they said we would have to pay more and to pull around front. They would have forgottentwo apple juices and a large coke if we wouldn't have asked for our drinks. One person there didn't even seem to be working andall the cars in the drive thru line were waiting for ten mins. Once he he brought out our correct order it was just the pattynot even the entire sandwich with the buns and toppings?! Won't we back to this location again. Read more

The drive through guy was very nice and professional especially for fast food. The food is Jack in the Box, you get what you pay... for but was very impressed with the staff 10/10 would refer to someone I sort of like if they asked specifically about it Read more
Food never really disappoints. Service typically is pretty quick in the drive through. Just wish it wasn?t so expensive!
I just wanted to give a special shout out to your staff member Dave. He asked me how I was doing, and when I told him I?ve had... better days he asked me what was wrong. I told him that my mom had a heart attack and he just let me vent to him. He knew that Iwasn?t doing good and he gave me a milkshake to try and cheer me up. That small act of kindness saved my life. The absolute best Jack in the Box I have ever had. One random Thursday late night had a craving and a coupon to use so my buddy... and I went to get some food. 1st thing I would like to mention would be that the drive-through accepted EBT cards Which is veryimportant because 85% of the Jack in the Box locate locations don't accept EB T through the drive. The next thing I would liketo mention would be how phenomenal the curly fries were for it being 2:30 in the morning dirty in the morning they werefantastic perfect perfect couldn't even wait to use the ketchup that we got with them. Lastly the ultimate cheeseburger thatcame with my meal was hot and fresh and you could tell. The guy who gave it to us was super friendly and answered the questionswe had about the pricing which we find to be a little bit high for fast food. I even liked the amount of ice that I got in myvanilla root beer when you're when I ordered light ice again the best Jack in the Box I have ever had in the Phoenix Valley. Read more
The change that was given back to us was completely wrong. Whoever was at the drive thru threaten to call the cops. Everything... about our order was wrong. Regardless of the time. No one should be treated or threatened like that. If I could give zero Iwould considering... I have given this place so much props in the past.
