This location sucks. Always gets mine and my husband's order wrong. We never get everything we order and the stuff we do get is... made wrong. And when we try to call them they either don't answer or they pick up the phone and hang up. I wish I didn't evenhave to give one star. For the last 6 months for us, it has been this way. Read more
Last Thursday I was trying to walk into this Jack-in-the-Box and it was raining at the time. I try opening the doors but for... some reason they’re closed and I see all the workers there and the drive-through open which doesn’t make any sense becausethey say they’re going to be open for dine in and it even says it on Google Maps. So I try to get the workers attention butfor some reason they just kept ignoring me which at this point I might as will just leave because why be there if they’regonna be ignoring you at the time. And second if you are trained to do that at least leave us a sign on the door sayingthey’re closed for dine in! Read more
This review I write it because it’s not the only time I’ve been there. I live at bell rd and 19 av so this is the closest... jack in the box to my house. I go there almost 2 or 3 days a week at night between 12 am to 2 pm, my point is that every time Igo there if I order something workers say they run out or something like that. I get you might run out of some items due to allthe things happening, but always, come on . I don’t know who is your cook at night but I’m starting to believe that thisstore has a lazy cook at night who doesn’t want to cook anything and tells the drive thru guy to say they ran out of certainproducts from your menu. Either your DM or corp should do something about it and try to see what’s going on with this store atnight after 10pm. Read more
July 23, 2022 10:50pm. Let's try and run the business without the ghetto behind the counter. There was a guy TOTALLY out of... uniform, hair all crazed out especially for a RESTAURANT. Hands me my food as if I'm bothering him. Then gives me my order withcold fries and not very much of them. Are the owners of this business even knowing what's going on here at night? If I could give no stars I would. It is 3pm on June 9th. I went through the drive through. I could barely hear the girl. She... kept screaming about if the order was correct it was not. Some other female came on and told me I didn't know math. So I pulledforward. The girl said 10.72! Yelling I asked her to repeat back to me what I ordered and two employee told me verbatim "if youwould shut the hell up I would tell you!" I pulled away. I was not all that impressed with this location. It couldn't been 4 stars but the service was not exceptional. It couldn't made... it to 5, if the food was made just a little better. It was actually decent but the tacos were... meh, and the girl scout cookieshake just plain sucked. I should've talked to the mgr about it, but I didn't want to be a Karen about it. Read more
