The dining room is NOT open til 10 like it says on the hours--they close it sooner but still leave the drive through open.
So let me start by saying that I have went to this particular Jack in the box location on 67th and Roosevelt that's North 67 th... Avenue I ordered the number 23 breakfast burrito however twice the burrito was improperly made the first time I had a stale hashbrown in my burrito one piece of meat usually there's two at the bottom instead of spread out no cheese sauce whatsoeveralthough the customer service with the manager was great but the quality of food is not there the preparation and care that aperson should have when cooking for someone else it's not there to I would suggest that this particular location gets assistancefrom another Jack in the box located on Broadway and priest in Tempe as their burritos are on point totally 100% the location on67th Avenue and Roosevelt again it's lacking in serious preparation and I will no longer take my wife or any co-workers to thislocation and I've talked and dealt with two different managers over a very short period of time I would like to think that uppermanagement in Jack in the box will take the time out to visit the minute locations that they have and make sure that theemployees are properly trained in preparing quality food but at the moment I don't see that it's being taken care of..... Curly fries were old and stale I ordered them for my 10 month baby on our way out on our road trip. Wasted money
I just went to order a shake as the other places near by where out of ice cream. They said ?they didn't have any and that the... machine was broken?. As soon as I saw that they told me to back up to the red pole and pull back up. Before I did so I saw themwith a shake handing it to another customer and one on the counter. So I just got door dash to finnaly get my shake. I just hadanother rude experience with one of the ladies who is always giving attitude and no customer experience what?s so ever and whenthey gave me my jalapeño poppers they where all burnt and no straws given and everything, as well as forgetting one of my mealsand trying to out into me as I am lying to them. We ordered 2 sourdough jack meal combos, 1 four piece chicken strip meal combo, through the drive up and as a bonus we got 9 ... tubs of Ranch dressing 19 packets of Taco sauce and 13 packets of ketchup.....really,... what a waste.... Read more
I ordered lunch at 12:38 I ordered the number 12 it?s called the home style chicken bacon sandwich and if you look the chicken... was half the size of the bun hard and rubbery at the edges. I tried calling over and over I can never get through. A refund orreplacement is in order. Read more
Didn't have to wait too long to order food is always prepared correctly and quickly. Cashier and other staff have been friendly.
